EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

A Year of Growth, Gratitude & Lasting Relationships

us to continue to provide state-of-the-art jewelry repair services with greater precision, efficiency, and care at both of our locations. These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to combining modern innovation with the personalized service and craftsmanship our customers have come to expect. A PLACE TO PAUSE, GATHER & CAPTURE THE MOMENT As part of our newly landscaped grounds, we wanted to create something that felt like more than simply a beautiful outdoor space. We envisioned a little destination — a place that invites you to slow down, enjoy your surroundings, gather with someone you love, and perhaps capture a photo worth remembering.

Nestled against a lush, tropical backdrop of Florida native plants is a striking redwood bench that feels almost as much like sculpture as seating. Its long, beautifully spaced wood slats and graceful, contemporary profile give it an unexpected architectural quality. Warm and organic against the greenery, it becomes a focal point without competing with the natural beauty surrounding it.

The landscaping itself was designed with photography in mind. As the native plants mature and fill in, they’ll create layers of color, texture and tropical foliage behind the bench — essentially forming a living backdrop that will continue to become more beautiful with time. And yes, we fully expect it to become a favorite selfie spot. But we hope it becomes something more than that, too. Maybe it’s where a newly engaged couple takes their first photo after choosing a ring. Where a family pauses together during a holiday visit. Where friends sit for a few minutes and catch up. Or simply where someone stops to enjoy a beautiful Florida afternoon. Jewelry is so often connected to moments, milestones, and memories, and we love the idea of creating a space outside our doors where a few more of those memories can happen. Consider it our newest photo op — and an open invitation to sit, smile and stay awhile. As proud as we are of the accomplishments of the past year, our focus remains firmly on the future. The most important part of Kiefer Jewelers has always been our customers, and that will never change. We remain committed to continually improving our service, elevating the experience we provide, and caring for our customers through all of life’s meaningful milestones. As we look ahead, we are honored to serve not only today’s customers, but also the generations of families who will trust Kiefer Jewelers for years to come. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO BE PART OF YOUR STORIES, CELEBRATIONS, AND TRADITIONS. WE LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUING TO EARN YOUR TRUST AND CREATE EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCES FOR THE FAMILIES WE ARE PRIVILEGED TO SERVE.

As we reflect on another remarkable year at Kiefer Jewelers, we are reminded that our greatest achievements are not measured in awards or milestones, but in the relationships we have been privileged to build with our customers over the years. One of the highlights of 2026 was being named a Best of the City winner by Tampa Magazine in the

Experience to life for every customer who walks through our doors. From engagement rings and wedding bands to anniversary gifts and family heirlooms, it is a privilege to be part of so many cherished memories. This year also brought exciting investments in the future of Kiefer Jewelers as we continued enhancing the customer experience. At our Lutz showroom, we introduced a

new monument sign with electronic messaging that allows us to better connect with our community by showcasing new collections, special events, and celebrating some of our newest Kiefer Couples. We completed significant improvements to our property and replaced the advanced laser welder in our workshop. We also added a laser welder to our Dade City location, now enabling

Jewelry category. While we are honored by this recognition, we view it as a reflection of something much more meaningful: the trust our customers place in us every day. That trust is evident not only

in awards, but also in the heartfelt reviews we receive, the referrals from friends and family, and the generations of customers who continue to choose Kiefer Jewelers for life’s most important moments. It is also a testament to our incredible team, whose dedication, professionalism, and genuine care bring the Kiefer

On 04.04.2026, Adriana and Max said “I do” at the beautiful Rusty Pelican, and we couldn’t be happier to have been part of their love story. Adriana’s bridal set features a breathtaking 2.01-carat earth-mined oval diamond engagement ring with a hidden halo in yellow gold, paired with a sparkling 1.12-carat My Caroline diamond band. Max chose a timeless 14K yellow gold 6mm M-Fit wedding band, creating the perfect match for a lifetime together. Before proposing, Max thoughtfully gifted Adriana a piece of jewelry for every holiday and special occasion. By their wedding day, he had assembled a complete set for her to wear, making each piece a meaningful reflection of their journey together.

30TH ANNIVERSARY

Thirty roberto coin at

THREE DECADES OF THE HIDDEN RUBY

princess ower Beyond the anniversary collection, Princess Flower offers another example of the range that has defined Roberto Coin over the past 30 years. Inspired by a four-petal floral motif found in Venetian architecture, the collection transforms the shape into jewelry in gold, diamonds, and colorful gemstones. It is distinctly Roberto Coin: rooted in the designer’s Italian surroundings, yet interpreted in a way that feels entirely its own. After 30 years, the hidden ruby is still the one thing every Roberto Coin piece has in common. It has stayed the same size, concealed against the skin, since 1996 — a quiet constant underneath three decades of collections that never stopped changing.

“ Rooted in the designer’s Italian surroundings, yet interpreted

Thirty years after Roberto Coin founded his namesake Maison in Vicenza, Italy, the designer returned to Venice this summer to celebrate the milestone where so much of his creative inspiration began. The occasion brought together two new High Jewelry collections, Meraviglia and Cobra, along with a look back at the ideas and designs that have shaped the house since 1996. One of the most enduring details in the Maison’s story is remarkably small. Since 1996, Roberto Coin has placed a ruby inside each piece, and it’s become the brand’s signature. The stone is deliberately concealed, hidden against the skin, meant to be discovered by the woman who wears it. It carries a wish from maker to wearer inspired by ancient beliefs associating the ruby with protection, vitality, happiness, and good fortune. After 30 years, it remains one of the most intimate details of a Roberto Coin piece. The ruby is perhaps the only constant, as everything around it has evolved over the past three decades. Roberto Coin has never relied on one defining look, instead moving between influences drawn from nature, architecture, art, and the designer’s native Italy. That willingness to keep moving has become central to the Maison’s identity. For Coin, an anniversary is a chance to ask what comes next rather than a pause to look back. “Wonder lives in change,” he said during the anniversary celebration, describing each collection as a new beginning and a new discovery.

ARTISTIC TEXTURE

CRAFTED by HAND

WOVEN TEXTURES, THOUGHTFUL FINISHES, AND THE DETAILS THAT BRING JEWELRY TO LIFE

Some of the most striking pieces in fine jewelry never touch a gemstone. Look closely at many of today’s most interesting designs and you’ll find texture doing much of the work. Woven patterns, hand-finished surfaces, and carefully placed details create depth that can’t be achieved with a smooth metal surface alone. Woven and basket-inspired designs have become especially popular for their ability to add visual interest without overwhelming a piece. By layering strands of gold into interlacing patterns, designers create jewelry that feels rich in detail. The effect can resemble fabric, rope, or intricate metalwork, depending on the design, which gives each piece a distinct character.

Texture also changes the way jewelry interacts with light. A brushed finish softens reflections, creating a subtle glow across the metal. A polished finish reflects light more directly, producing the bright shine many people associate with fine jewelry. When both finishes appear in the same design, the contrast helps define shapes and create dimension. Achieving these effects requires precision. Every texture, finish, and transition must be carefully executed to create a clean, balanced appearance. It’s slow, exacting work, and it’s exactly the kind of detail that separates the merely pretty from the genuinely fine. In a world where so much jewelry is judged at first glance, handcrafted textures and finishes offer something more lasting. They bring depth, dimension, and personality to a design, proving that sometimes the smallest details make the strongest impression.

LAB-GROWN

COMING OF AGE diamonds

YOUR

THE DELIBERATE ART OF PAIRING STONES TO PERFECTION

PERFECT

MATCH

Centuries ago, when alchemists dreamed of transforming lead into gold, there were also those who tried tirelessly to convert common coal into diamond. While the former can only be done at a steep cost, creating lab-grown diamonds has become a fairly refined process that is comparatively affordable. Starting in the late 1700s, scientists tried unsuccessfully to create diamonds in the lab. That changed nearly two centuries later, with the work conducted by H. Tracy Hall, a chemist working on General Electric’s Project Superpressure. After several failed attempts, he succeeded in 1954, creating the first man-made diamond. Interestingly, in those days, lab-grown diamonds cost twice as much as mined diamonds. Today, lab-grown diamonds (LGD) have come of age. A surge of LGD manufacturers and jewelry designers are now creating collections featuring not only colorless gems but also a variety of colored diamonds at affordable prices. Star power has helped to get the LGD message out. Celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio have endorsed them. This is seen by many as a reason to believe that the mined (natural) diamond sector can happily co- exist with the LGD sector, perhaps with each staking out its own territory. Proponents cite two major advantages of lab- grown diamonds: they are priced lower than natural diamonds; and there are claims that they are more eco-friendly than mined diamonds. There is also an argument that LGDs are conflict-free. Whatever the reason for purchasing them, one thing is clear: lab- grown diamonds offer the same characteristics and beauty as mined diamonds. They have indeed come of age.

Colored stones are harder. Pairing two sapphires so their fire matches, or building out a run of tourmalines that shifts in one smooth gradient, takes rare sourcing and an eye that’s spent years learning what to look for. Finding one good stone isn’t hard. Finding several that are nearly identical to each other is the harder job, and it only gets harder as the piece gets bigger. A larger set means a longer search, but it also means a better result. When the matching is done right, the piece reads as one continuous design instead of a handful of stones strung together. Each one supports the next, and the overall effect ends up more refined than any single stone could manage on its own. That’s the standard that makes a piece worth keeping. A matched suite isn’t just rare; it’s the product of real craftsmanship: dozens of stones brought into

Real excellence in fine jewelry comes from more than one beautiful stone. It comes from how well every stone in a piece works with the others, something most buyers don’t think to look for until they see it done well. Picture a pair of diamond studs that mirror each other almost exactly or a tennis bracelet where every diamond matches the one beside it or a strand of pearls that holds the same warm color from end to end. None of that happens on its own. It takes a long, deliberate process of matching, stone by stone. To put together a properly matched set, our gemologists and designers go through dozens of stones looking for ones that share the same saturation, the same cut, the same way of catching light. Pearls get the same treatment, each one picked for its surface and for a tone that sits well next to its neighbor.

close enough agreement that they stop looking like a group and start looking like one connected piece. That’s the kind of detail that turns jewelry into something people hold on to and pass down.

THE RISE OF NON-TRADITIONAL Engagement

Asymmetrical designs take this concept even further. Instead of relying on perfect balance, they create harmony through contrast and thoughtful placement. A pear-shaped diamond paired with a sapphire, a scattered cluster of stones, or a curved band accented with gemstones can transform a traditional engagement ring into a miniature work of art. Many couples are also drawn to mixed gemstone combinations. Sapphires, emeralds, salt-and-pepper diamonds, and champagne diamonds are increasingly paired with traditional white diamonds, adding color, character, and meaning to the design. The popularity of asymmetrical engagement rings reflects a broader shift in bridal jewelry. Rather than following established rules, couples are choosing pieces that reflect their personalities and relationships. These designs celebrate creativity, individuality, and the idea that beauty doesn’t always have to be perfectly centered. In a world where personal expression matters more than ever, the modern engagement ring is proving that sometimes the most memorable designs are the ones that break the rules. Rings

For decades, engagement rings followed a familiar formula: a single center diamond set in a perfectly symmetrical design. Today, however, couples are increasingly embracing rings that break with tradition, opting for off- center stones, multiple focal gems, and artistic asymmetrical settings. These modern designs offer something many contemporary couples value above all else: individuality. One of the most striking trends is the off-center setting. By positioning a gemstone slightly to one side rather than directly in the middle of the band, designers create a sense of movement and visual interest. The result feels fresh, unexpected, and distinctly modern. Oval, pear, emerald, and uniquely colored stones are particularly well suited to this style. Another growing trend is the use of multiple primary stones. Rather than featuring a single dominant gem, these rings balance two or more stones of similar importance. Popular designs include Toi et Moi rings, which pair two gemstones side by side to symbolize two individuals coming together. Others combine different shapes, colors, or stone sizes to create a unique composition that tells a personal story.

FRESH, UNEXPECTED, AND DISTINCTLY MODERN

Kiefer SIGNATURE COLLECTION

THE

THE LEGACY LINK by Amanda Perrone

The Kiefer Signature Collection was created with one goal: to design pieces that feel unmistakably Kiefer. Thoughtfully designed, meaningful, and made to be worn for a lifetime, each piece reflects the creativity, craftsmanship, and personal connection that have defined Kiefer Jewelers for generations. What makes this collection even more special is where it began. We challenged our own Kiefer team — the people who work with our clients and jewelry every day — to imagine a piece worthy of becoming a Kiefer icon. The result is a collection born from the people who know Kiefer best, created exclusively for the people who shop with us. Designed by Kiefer. Inspired by our story. Made to become part of yours.

STANDSTILL by Stephanie Clark

We’ve all experienced a moment in life when time simply seems to stand still. Maybe it’s the first time you see your future partner and something inside you just knows, that’s my person. Maybe it’s the moment you finally meet your child after nine months of waiting. For me, it’s the memory of the last conversation I had with my grandmother before she passed away. This piece captures those unforgettable moments through an hourglass resting on its side, with diamonds and sapphires representing the sand — forever suspended in time. Sapphires symbolize transformation, while their deep blue creates a striking contrast against the yellow gold. Together, they represent the moments that stay with us forever: the ones that stop us in our tracks, change us in some way, and leave us never quite the same. Because sometimes, a single moment can last a lifetime.

Inspired by the Kiefer Knot, The Legacy Link celebrates the connections that carry us through generations. Alternating signature knots and brilliant diamonds represent the people, moments, and traditions that become part of our story. A timeless piece designed to be worn today and passed on tomorrow. Rooted in the original meaning of the Kiefer Knot, each link is a reminder of unity — customer, community, commitment, confidence, and the relationships we build along the way. Because the most meaningful legacy is the connection we leave behind. Wear your story. Leave your Legacy.

SMALL BEGINNINGS by Brittany Griner

DUALITY OF LOVE by Emma Staving

TEARS OF JOY by Kassidy Denty

THE ETERNAL by Kayla McLaughlin

KIEFER KEY DIAMOND HOOP by Kathryn McCabe

The acorn is widely regarded for its untapped potential and personal growth, reflecting the idea that even the smallest seed can grow into a mighty oak tree. Everyone carries within them the capacity for greatness and transformation. The acorn reminds us that challenges can be overcome and that growth often requires patience and nurturing.

Throughout the years, jewelry has served as a symbol of self-expression and love, worn by both men and women. Duality of Love honors the universal nature of jewelry and its ability to be worn and cherished by everyone. Featuring both a pin back and a bail, this versatile piece can be worn around the neck or on a lapel. With sapphires symbolizing strength and longevity and pearls adding a touch of classic refinement, Duality of Love is the perfect embodiment of inner strength and timeless love.

Tears of Joy is a modern take on the traditional ring-holder necklace, designed to look effortlessly beautiful even when worn without an engagement ring. The teardrop centerpiece represents the emotion and happiness of saying “yes,” while the delicate diamond drops symbolize tears of joy. Inspired by the desire to keep your engagement ring close, this piece offers a stylish way to carry that symbol of love with you, even when work or everyday activities don’t allow you to wear your ring.

The Eternal is a symbol of the connections that shape our lives. Its uninterrupted line flows into a subtle twist — a quiet signature representing two lives, generations, memories,

and moments forever intertwined. The open center represents possibility: the chapters still to be written, the milestones still to be celebrated, and the traditions that continue from one generation to the next. Yesterday. Today. Always.

A circle with no beginning and no end. These yellow gold hoops celebrate continuity through our iconic knot emblem, delicately woven along the sides. Inspired by our company logo, the intricate knotwork symbolizes unity, resilience, and the relationships that endure through time. Accented with brilliant stones, each hoop is designed to serve as a lasting reminder that life’s most meaningful connections are forever linked.

ACCESSORIES FOR HIM

THE HIDDEN PENDANT (GOING UNDERCOVER)

EXPERTLY CRAFTED

The newest expression of luxury in men’s jewelry is the one no one sees. Under a dress shirt, a thin chain and

pendant have become a quiet form of armor: an evil eye to deflect whatever the boardroom throws at you; a cross to keep faith close to the chest, literally; a dog tag engraved with coordinates, initials, or a date that means something only to you. The appeal is entirely private. Nothing performative. Nothing to explain at a dinner party. It’s a piece worn for exactly one person’s benefit: the man wearing it.

The Modern Man’s Jewelry Collection

THE WATCH, RECONSIDERED (TIME FOR YOURSELF)

Many men begin building a watch collection with familiar choices: classic cases, neutral dials, timeless designs. The easiest way to bring contrast is to look beyond what you already own. If your watches are all round, add a rectangle or cushion case; the silhouette alone can make it feel new. If every dial is black or white, introduce color. A deep blue, forest green, or salmon dial feels unexpected without being excessive and pairs surprisingly well with everything. Bracelet over strap, or strap over bracelet, the trick is

to choose what you don’t already have. The goal isn’t more watches. It’s watches that don’t all tell the same story.

THE EVOLUTION FROM TRADITION TO SELF-EXPRESSION

For decades, a man’s jewelry collection held exactly two items: a watch and a wedding band, both chosen once and largely worn forever. But that era is changing. A modern man recognizes jewelry as a personal expression of his taste and style, not simply an afterthought. For men looking to expand beyond the essentials, three categories are redefining how jewelry fits into everyday style .

THE RENEWED WEDDING BAND (THE “I DID”)

If your wedding band hasn’t changed since the ceremony, you’re not alone. But after years of daily wear, even the most meaningful pieces can evolve. Consider moving beyond traditional finishes with brushed platinum, satin gold, or a more architectural profile. A subtle design upgrade can make all the difference: a beveled edge, a hidden inscription along the inside, or a thin inlay of meteorite or wood grain that catches light only when you look for it. For men ready to go further, a signet ring engraved with initials, a family crest, or perhaps nothing at all beyond good proportions has quietly become one of the era’s most confident accessories.

A modern man recognizes jewelry as a personal expression of taste and style.

A RING THAT HAS ALREADY LIVED A LIFE CARRIES SOMETHING NEW JEWELRY CANNOT FAKE: PROOF.

Interest right now doesn’t settle on one era. Edwardian platinum and filigree still draw serious attention for how fine the work is. Art Deco holds its own for the geometry. The Retro years get chosen for their heavier, more sculptural gold, and 1970s pieces are prized for being bold almost to the point of looking industrial. Learning to tell those periods apart, and to see what each one is actually doing, is a good part of what makes collecting interesting in the first place. The phrase “limited edition” gets attached to nearly everything now, to the point that it barely registers. Estate jewelry doesn’t need the label. A piece with forty or eighty or a hundred years behind it is already rare in a way nothing new can replicate, and its history belongs to it alone.

People still want that history for the same reasons they always have. What’s changed is how they wear it. Collectors used to keep vintage in a separate drawer from anything current. Now the two live together on the same hand without apology: a Retro-era gold cuff worn alongside a slim modern eternity band, an Edwardian pendant hung on a chain bought last season. The mixing itself has become part of the style. Buyers have gotten a lot more particular about sourcing along the way. The dealers who hold up under that scrutiny tend to specialize deeply instead of carrying a little of everything, and they can place a piece’s era, likely maker, restoration history, and stone origins with real confidence. Paperwork matters, but a dealer’s actual eye for the piece matters more.

A ring that’s been on someone’s hand for twenty years wears differently than one bought last spring. Prongs loosen. Clasps wear thin. Gold dulls. None of it happens overnight, which is exactly why it tends to go unnoticed until a stone is missing or a chain won’t stay closed. Our repair team handles both ends of that spectrum: the routine upkeep that keeps a piece functioning, and the more involved work that brings a damaged or aging piece back to what it was. WATCH REPAIR

The Case for Regular Servicing

A watch that runs on batteries can sit in a drawer for a year without consequence. A mechanical Swiss movement can’t. Left unworn and unserviced, oils dry out, gaskets lose their seal, and small components wear against each other without the lubrication they need. The damage happens slowly and stays invisible until the watch is opened up on the bench. That’s the case for regular servicing, and it’s also why the person doing the servicing matters. Our watchmakers train at institutions like WOSTEP, Lititz Watch Technicum, and the North American Institute of Swiss Watchmaking, programs that combine years of theoretical instruction with hands-on bench work. Taking apart a chronograph and putting it back together correctly is a learned skill. Most of this work happens on a schedule, not in response to a problem. A full movement overhaul every few years keeps the gear train running the way it was designed to, long before you’d notice anything wrong. Pressure testing catches a compromised gasket before it lets in moisture, and polishing restores the surface. Cared for this way, a fine watch doesn’t just keep time. It holds up under daily wear for decades, which is really what makes it worth wearing in the first place.

the most requested services we offer, and it’s more technical than it looks from the outside — the band has to be cut, adjusted, and resoldered so the proportions and strength of the original setting hold up. Stone replacement carries its own precision requirement, since a new gem has to be color- and cut- matched closely enough that it doesn’t stand out against the others already in the piece. Beyond repair work itself, we recommend regular inspection even when nothing seems wrong. A loose prong or a thinning clasp is far easier to fix before it fails than after a stone or a piece is lost. Our jewelers check for exactly these signs during routine cleanings, catching wear early rather than after the fact. Rhodium plating deserves its own mention. Over time, white gold pieces can take on a yellowish cast as the plating wears away with daily contact. A fresh coat restores the bright, reflective finish the piece had when it was new, a small service with an outsized effect on how a piece looks and feels. A twenty-year-old engagement ring and a bracelet bought last month don’t need the same kind of attention, and our team treats them accordingly, from a quick prong check to a full resetting. Bring in whatever needs looking at. If it’s fine, we’ll tell you that too.

CUSTOM CREATIONS

Our client came to us with a freeform diamond ring that held tremendous sentimental value. The piece featured heirloom diamonds collected from several family treasures, but its outdated design no longer reflected her personal style. As a result, the ring spent more time in her jewelry box than on her finger. Together, we envisioned a fresh new look that would honor the memories behind the diamonds while creating something she would truly love to wear. By incorporating elegant baguette diamonds into the design, we transformed the original ring into a sophisticated and modern right-hand ring that feels both timeless and uniquely hers. The result is a stunning piece that beautifully blends the past with the present. More importantly, it’s become a favorite in her collection. Since the day she picked it up, she hasn’t taken it off.

SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE FINAL DESIGN.

BUILDING AN HEIRLOOM

This custom ring was created from three cherished pieces of jewelry that held a lifetime of memories for our client. The ruby and opal gemstones came from rings that had been gifted to her by her late husband, while the emerald was from a ring her parents gave her when she was in her twenties. Rather than keeping these meaningful heirlooms separate, our client wanted to bring them together into a single piece that she could wear every day. We carefully designed a custom ring that united all three gemstones, preserving the sentimental value of each while creating something entirely new. The result is a beautiful one-of-a-kind ring that tells her story through every stone, honoring the love, family, and memories they represent. Seeing her reaction to the finished piece made the project especially rewarding, and she absolutely loved the final design.

THE JOURNEY FROM INSPIRATION TO A PIECE UNIQUELY YOUR OWN Before coming to fruition, a custom piece of jewelry exists as a want: the ring you can picture but can’t find, the necklace that would finally do justice to a stone your grandmother wore, the exact piece that would make a moment unforgettable. That initial desire is the framework. Everything else — the sketching, the CAD model, the waxing, casting, setting — is simply the process of making that feeling wearable. Something bought off the shelf is merely admired, but a piece built from your own sketch — with a treasured stone or the exact shade of blue you saw once and never forgot — is something you’ll cherish for a lifetime, one that remembers every hand it passed through before it reached yours. If you can describe it, sketch it, or simply gesture toward what you mean, we can build it.

SINCE THE DAY SHE PICKED IT UP, SHE HASN’T TAKEN IT OFF.

STACKS OF STYLE

A FRESH APPROACH TO NECKLACE STYLING

A FRESH APPROACH TO NECKLACE STYLING Art OF LAYERING There’s a reason necklace layering has been trendy for so many years: it’s a chic and creative way to get the most out of the jewelry you already own without always needing to buy something new. Love the look of layered necklaces but don’t know how to get started styling them? Don’t worry — here’s how to layer necklaces like a pro!

LEARN YOUR LENGTHS Layering works best when the necklaces you’re wearing together are different lengths. If you have a 16-inch necklace, an 18-inch necklace, and a 20-inch necklace, they’ll space out beautifully on your clavicle. If you do a lot of layering, it’s helpful to have chains of different lengths and a necklace extender or two in your jewelry box. MIX IT UP The magic of any well-layered look comes from contrast. Try mixing different textures, colors, metals, and proportions! When you’re going with a theme — all emeralds, for example — be sure to diversify shapes and sizes to keep things interesting. Choosing chains of different weights and widths doesn’t just look cool; it’s also the key to helping you avoid tangled chains. EMBRACE IMPERFECTION When you’re wearing multiple necklaces at once, they’re not always going to stay perfectly even, and that’s okay. Necklace layering is the ideal time to let go of rigid expectations and accept some chaos. HAVE FUN!

THE

ONE STEP AT A TIME You don’t need to have your whole layered look planned out in advance. Put on a mid-length necklace first, then look at your outfit as a whole and decide if your neckline needs more adornment above or below. Add whatever feels right for that open space, then repeat until you love your look! FAIL-PROOF FORMULA You can never go wrong pairing a pendant necklace with a decorative chain, beaded necklace, or tennis necklace that’s an inch or two shorter. When you’re ready for more, try adding a third, a longer pendant necklace or decorative chain.

The ultimate rule of necklace layering is to enjoy yourself. Don’t be afraid to try unexpected combinations and get outside your comfort zone!

Espresso T H E ESPRESSO MARTINI

We Buy Diamonds, Gold & Jewelry

As fall settles in and evenings get later and colder, the espresso martini’s caffeine kick and cozy flavor profile make it feel right at home on seasonal menus. Few cocktails have made the leap from trend to staple as cleanly as the espresso martini. What started as a late-night novelty has settled into menus year-round, and it’s easy to see why: coffee, vodka, and sweetness in a single glass. Bitter, smooth, and slightly sweet, it also has a texture you don’t get from most cocktails. That thick foam that holds for a few minutes before collapsing back into the drink — giving it almost a dessert- like quality — sets it apart from a typical shaken cocktail.

The custom comes from Italy, where sambuca is traditionally served con la mosca — “with the fly” — meaning a few coffee beans dropped into the glass. When bartenders started shaking up espresso martinis, they carried this gesture over and three beans became the standard: one each for health, wealth, and happiness. There’s also an old bar superstition that says odd-numbered garnishes are considered good luck — so a two- or four-bean martini isn’t just unconventional; it’s technically bad form. Skip the beans and regulars will notice; it’s become as much a signature of the drink as the glass it’s served in.

WHY THREE BEANS?

isn’t random.
