This rad new place rolls up their doors at 11 a.m. every day of the week, and from the moment you walk in, you’ll feel like you’re a part of something: Like you’ve found a place where you can get more than food. Well, according to Collins, you can expect everything from iconic dogs from around the country to specialties that he and his business partners have come up with on their own. “We’re doing one called the Angry Samoan, which is a reference to an old punk band out of Orange County,” Collins says. “It’s Portuguese sausage on a Hawaiian roll that’s got fried spam, a teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo, and a spice jalapeño salsa. And then on top of all of that is crushed Maui onion chips.” If you’re ready to get rad with the wurst in Orange County, stop by Rad Brat. There are no expectations, and the more, the merrier!
