Co-owner Cameron Collins explains that his vision for a Dana Point location came after spending years in the craft beer festival business. Collins has spent most of his career hosting music festival events around the country with Brew HaHa Productions. Along the way, his travels have exposed him to a variety of bratwurst, sausage, and hot dog combinations that he’s now bringing to Orange County. Concrete countertops, red high-back bar stools, and a red industrial pipe for 28 beer taps instantly catch your eye. Group seating picnic tables scatter the dining area, and the smell of sausages, bratwursts, and other hand-picked delicacies fill the room and waft out into the street, which is precisely what the owners intended. “We’re kind of saying, “No shoes, no shirt, no worries,” Collins says. “We’re keeping it super casual, and we have a nice outside patio that can seat 40 to 50 people comfortably.”
