Sharing one of his favorite recipes is our way of showing another side of Randy and celebrating the joy of good food, great company, and a little kitchen magic. RANDY’S RECIPES THE HOST WITH THE MOST
This is an easy and impressive dish that I love to serve all year long, but especially for a special occasion like Christmas.

Sweet & Spicy Brussels Sprouts 2 lbs Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp oil ½ tsp salt
Toss together and roast at 425°F for 25 minutes.
Dressing: 1 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp honey 2 tsp lime juice
Mix and pour over roasted Brussels.
Beef Filet
1 whole beef filet Freshly ground coarse pepper and kosher salt
First, the beef filet! I usually buy a whole 12–14 pound filet with the skin on and the side strip attached (usually from Costco). I then remove the side strip and all the fat and silver skin. You are left with a package of filet tips for later use and a beautiful filet ready for roasting. You can also just have your butcher prepare the roast or buy one that is already cleaned up. Tying it up with butcher’s twine allows for more even roasting. Otherwise, the thin end will be more done and the thick end will be more rare. Season the filet with lots of kosher salt and coarse ground pepper. I find that a great piece of meat does not need additional seasoning, but you may add your secret blend of seasonings if you’d like! I always add more salt and pepper than I think it could possibly need, and it is always perfect. Preheat your oven to 450°F and roast the filet until it is golden brown, about 20 minutes, and then reduce heat to 350°F. Check the temperature with a meat thermometer every 10 minutes until the internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet is 125°F. Remove from the oven and cover with foil for 15–20 minutes in a warm place before slicing thinly. Serve with horseradish cream sauce or a sauce of your liking.
Horseradish Cream Sauce
1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup fresh ground horseradish 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 30 chives - chopped finely
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 8 hours or more to allow the chives to infuse their beautiful flavor into the sauce.
This is also delicious served at room temperature!

Growing up in Suburban Philadelphia, Kylie McDevitt Kelce had a neighbor, Tim, who was a frequent guest at her family’s home. Despite his sensitivity to loud noises or inability to make eye contact, no one was daunted by him. “Back then, I didn’t know I was being introduced to autism; he was just Tim, and we always welcomed him,” explains the now 33-year- old Kylie. When she graduated from Cabrini University in 2017, she taught in a life skills classroom as a 1:1 support person for the students. “I came to find out very quickly that we had been using strategies and managing behaviors we didn’t even know we were doing,” Kylie says. “Ultimately, Tim taught us how he wanted us to interact with him, and we listened.” Kylie is the loving wife of Jason Kelce, the celebrated former Philadelphia Eagles center, a future Hall of Famer, and one of the most beloved Eagles players of all time. IMPROVING THE WORLD FOR PEOPLE WITH AUTISM Fast forward eight years, and Kylie is using much of her time in the spotlight to raise money and awareness for autism through her charitable partner, the non- profit Eagles Autism Foundation, (EAF), a hands-on endeavor she has embraced with great enthusiasm, including spearheading many fundraisers. Kylie and Jason were front and center when, in June 2025, Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie donated $50 million to create a new institute to revolutionize how autism is understood, diagnosed, and treated, unlocking scientific discoveries and fostering hope for millions around the U.S. To date, EAF, which was started in 2018, has raised an additional $30 million for autism research. This research is vital, with 1 in 36 U.S. children currently diagnosed with autism, and additional resources needed by families, schools, and the medical community. Among the EAF projects Kylie is proud of is the HP Print Pals, in partnership with puppeteer Stacey Gordon, who created Julia, the Sesame Street puppet with autism. The project was launched in the summer of 2024. Print Pals are printable puppets that enable neurodivergent children to express themselves through the therapeutic power of creative expression.
BEING IN THE SPOTLIGHT Being the mother of four daughters under age six is no easy undertaking, and to do this in the glare of media and social media attention can often be overwhelming for Kylie. This is especially in light of the mega interest in Jason’s brother, Travis Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, and his fiancée, pop star Taylor Swift. Kylie says she chooses projects that are authentic to her beliefs, like working with the autism community. “The way I have been navigating being in the public eye is making sure that I am unapologetically me, and all of the things that I put out there are things that I believe in, use, and can be proud of,” she says. “The good thing is I don’t have the time to read the negative comments, because I am busy chasing my children around.” Kylie is also the host of the podcast, Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce, which skyrocketed to popularity after its December 2024 launch. She speaks candidly about numerous topics, including family and fame. Making time for self-care can be difficult, so she sets her alarm early to start her day with coffee and quiet time. “I usually have more patience throughout the day if I can drink my coffee in peace and have some me time in the morning before the snuggles begin.”
