& CHUCK LIZ Chuck and Liz Jones share a love story with strong Georgia roots. Chuck first met Liz through mutual friends while visiting St. Simons Island for July 4th in 2015. As Chuck began planning a proposal, he reached out to Liz’s longtime friend, Sara Beth Brown, to design Liz’s oval solitaire set in yellow gold with a gleaming diamond band. Chuck proposed in Atlanta’s Westside Provisions District after the couple grabbed “casual” drinks at Marcel and surprised Liz with not only a proposal, but a celebration of close friends and family at JCT Kitchen. Of course, Liz said, “Yes!” Chuck and Liz, formerly Rozier, said “I do” and danced the night away at the Atlanta Athletic Club in October 2018. Chuck chose a classic Benchmark yellow gold wedding band, while Liz designed a custom chevron baguette wedding band alongside Sara Beth. Liz and Sara Beth also designed necklaces for Liz’s bridesmaids, and Chuck gifted Liz a pair of earrings from Brown & Co. as a wedding gift. Liz wore pieces from Brown & Co. as her something borrowed and something blue. When asked about her favorite memories from the night, Liz recalls her first look, featuring Chuck and the couple’s Bernedoodle, Biscuit, a guest appearance by the Atlanta Falcons Freddie Falcon, and late-night Zaxby’s on the dance floor.
