KING JEWELERS DEBUTS AN EXCLUSIVE MONOBRANDED IWC BOUTIQUE IN MUSIC CITY

W atch lovers and IWC Schaffhausen enthusiasts are in for a special treat this year! You can now be among the first in the world to access the exclusive selection of special-edition and rare Haute Horlogerie timepieces at the new boutique dedicated to the brand! King Jewelers is opening an 1,100-square-foot IWC Schaffhausen boutique in the Mall at Green Hills. “The boutique is all about enhancing the clients’ personalized experience into the world of IWC Schaffhausen,” says David King, president of King Jewelers. “Our goal is to provide a top-notch, state-of-the- art shopping experience that combines European luxury within a comfortable and relaxed space that redefines the way you shop for a timepiece.”
The boutique includes a luxurious private viewing lounge, complete with a top-shelf bar and gourmet coffee station, along with interactive displays on a large TV screen and comfortable seating areas. An expert staff is on hand for connoisseur- level discussions about the intricacies of complications and movements, as well as the finer points of IWC watches. Synonymous with the elevated experience is the array of limited edition and boutique- exclusive inventory that customers have access to in the boutique. “IWC comes out with a special collection of incredible and limited timepieces which are only available in a boutique. These watches are sought- after, in-demand limited editions — many of which are highly collectable timepieces,”
says King. “This opens up a whole new world of what we can offer to customers.” IWC is unique among Swiss luxury watch brands in that it was founded in Schaffhausen, Switzerland by an American entrepreneur, Florentine Jones. His mission was to combine advanced American production technologies with the skilled craftsmanship Swiss watchmakers were famous for. The result is a heritage of important in-house movement developments and iconic watch designs. The watch families include the infamous Pilot’s Watches, Portugieser, Ingenieur, Aquatimer, Da Vinci and Portofino, which together express the broad range of the company’s watchmaking expertise: from robust daily wears to tool watches and Haute Horlogerie.
