LONGINES SPIRIT ZULU TIME Longines has been making GMT/second time zone timepieces for pilots since the 1920s. One of its first models featured the Zulu flag on the dial, referring to the NATO phonetic alphabet used by pilots to signal zero-hour or midnight in Greenwich Mean Time. The modern Spirit Zulu Time is a great example of a vintage tool-watch in a contemporary package, with a COSC-certified movement that has a hacking seconds for accurate setting and a 72-hour power reserve.
