GRAND SEIKO HI-BEAT 36000 GMT > This beauty from Grand Seiko’s Heritage collection contains a high-frequency movement, which means the hairspring at the heart of the escapement oscillates at 36,000 vph compared to the standard 28,000. The higher the frequency, the greater the accuracy, and this one is accurate to +5/-3 seconds per day. The case is made of a special steel alloy that has a higher pit-resistance than other steel grades.
