At Long’s, we like to say we never stand still. On our mission to spread joy and help New Englanders celebrate every milestone, we also remain committed to evolution and growth. Why? Because we know that your expectations as valued Long’s customers will change with time — and while we embrace the traditions that define who we are, innovation is very much part of our DNA too. True to this philosophy, this was a year of tremendous transformation here at Long’s, and we’d be remiss if we didn’t take a moment to recognize and celebrate some of these accomplishments here. This holiday season, you’ll find us in a brand-new home in the heart of Boston at 7 Newbury Street — a familiar location just across from our Rolex Boutique. The spectacular new retail space occupies two floors, with a Patek Philippe showroom at street level and a curated collection of the world’s most sought-after jewelry and designers in a stunning and modern space upstairs. We are so excited to welcome customers to this luxury row shopping destination in time for the holidays. In the meantime, you can learn more on Page 12. Speaking of new spaces, have you visited our new Braintree store? After more than 60 wonderful years in the South Shore Plaza, we finally closed the doors to our last mall location in favor of a beautiful and long-anticipated freestanding establishment just down the road. Our new Braintree store is a sight to behold, showcasing an array of immersive and intimate experiences designed to fulfill your every shopping need. If you haven’t stopped by yet, we hope to see you in our new South Shore home soon — whether you’re looking for the perfect holiday gift, hoping to sell/trade-in a watch or piece of jewelry, or simply shopping for yourself. Check out Page 17 for more photos and details. We rolled out a brand-new campaign this fall, too: Long Live Love, because believing in love and life well-lived is what we’re all about. Discover this exciting creative expression of our brand starting on Page 44. It wasn’t just about new beginnings, either. It has been an absolute pleasure this year to reintroduce some of our favorite, most-cherished, and downright fun in-store events, from in-person trunk shows to the return of Wedding Band Weekend. It brought us tremendous delight to see so many New England couples once again join us for what’s widely considered to be the biggest and best wedding band event in the country. We know what an honor it is to share in such an important part of our customers’ lives, and we don’t take that privilege lightly. All of that’s to say that 2023 has been a spectacular, transformative year, and from the bottom of our hearts, we can’t thank you enough for your continued support. So, long live change.
