THE KWIAT BUILDING A BRILLIANT LEGACY FAMILY The Colombian Emerald, Marquise & Baguette Diamond Earrings with 10.14 carats of diamonds and 13.43 carats of Emeralds.

In a world of corporate luxury brands, those in the know appreciate the service and quality of an established family business guided by a heritage of integrity. Guided by these values, Kwiat has flourished, a blossoming that reflects the family name, which means “flower” in Polish. In 1907, Sam Kwiat opened a shop on Canal Street — the original New York City diamond district. His son David joined him in 1933 and dedicated himself to mastering the perfect diamond cut. In 1962 Kwiat moved to 47th street, a pioneer of the new international district for diamonds, supplying stones to iconic companies like Harry Winston and Tiffany & Co. Today, Kwiat has grown to a consumer brand led by Sam’s grandson and great-grandsons, who, like their forebears, have perfected the science and art of cutting diamonds. In fact, Kwiat’s standards for diamond cutting are the strictest in the world and exceed those set forth by the GIA. The family’s approach to diamond cutting is so particular that they have created an exclusive cut that embodies their proprietary technique: the Kwiat Tiara ® cut diamond, which looks bigger and brighter than other round brilliant diamonds of the same carat weight.
