Inspired by the art and tradition of the legendary African civilization, the Masai collection whispers tales of ancient beauty and modern sophistication, captivating hearts with its clean lines and timeless elegance. At the heart of these inspired pieces is a unique technique exclusive to the Marco Bicego brand: the flat golden coil. Inspired by the distinctive stacked style of jewelry worn by the Maasai women, the collection features this refined detail by wrapping a gold wire around a woven chain and then pressing it to form a semi-rigid gold ribbon. Born from a collaboration between David Yurman and his wife, Sybil, the namesake brand’s Crossover collection is a striking example of creative synergy, effectively blending their distinct perspectives into a cohesive design narrative. “Design is our love language,” said Sybil, “and Crossover is the ultimate love letter. It’s a playful expression of our connection.” At the heart of the Crossover collection is the interplay of intertwined strands of smooth and signature cabled cords. Further, its innovative use of mixed metals — combining gold and silver — has become a signature element of David Yurman’s work, first introduced in this collection and carried forward in each new iteration.

One evolutionary mark came with the addition of Reed Krakoff as John Hardy’s new creative chairman in late 2022. Krakoff, the three-time Council of Fashion Designers of America award winner for accessory design, quickly put his mark on the brand. Formerly serving as Tiffany’s first chief artistic officer as well as Coach’s president and chief creative director, Krakoff brought an overarching vision to propel the brand forward while still paying homage to its heritage. His latest collection, Spear, reimagines John Hardy’s signature woven chain with a modern twist, using flexible titanium wire for comfort and wearability. The result? Tudor introduces the newest iteration of the Black Bay in monochrome. Representing the latest in Black Bay, this model features evolved design elements, a “T-fit” clasp, and is Master Chronometer certified by METAS. The Black Bay, first launched in 2012, remains one of Tudor’s most recognized and beloved models. In its latest iteration, the case keeps the original proportions of a 41 mm case with a thinner profile. The unidirectional rotatable bezel features a black aluminum insert with a 60-minute scale to track immersion times, and the satin black dial is softly radial-brushed for a subtle shine under direct light. The Black Bay line features dials inspired by the Tudor divers’ watches produced during the 1950s. It borrows the characteristic angular hands known to collectors as
“snowflake” from models that appeared in the brand’s 1969 catalog. Its shoulder-less crown and the characteristics of its case are reminiscent of the first generations of Tudor divers’ watches. The new monochrome Black Bay ref. M7941A1A0NU comes fitted with either an entirely satin-brushed three-link stainless steel bracelet, a five-oval-shaped- link brushed and polished stainless steel bracelet, or a cut-to-size black rubber strap. All variations are equipped with the Tudor “T-fit” clasp with a system for rapid length adjustment. Easy to use, requiring no tools, and offering five positions, this practical system allows wearers to carry out a fine, instant adjustment of the total length of the bracelet along an adjustment window of 8 mm.
The METAS Master Chronometer-certified Manufacture Caliber MT5602-U automatic movement displays hour, minute, and seconds functions. The METAS Master Chronometer certification is comprehensive and covers the main functional characteristics of a watch. Planning a wedding is daunting, especially now that brides-to-be have infinite online inspiration at their fingertips. There are so many different types of weddings that it can be hard to know which approach is right. Will you start your happily-ever-after at a small backyard affair? A black-tie evening in a museum rotunda? Maybe a literary ceremony at a historic library? Before diving into tablescapes, rings, favors, and all the other fun details, it’s helpful for a bride to pick a theme for her wedding day. Do you see yourself as a traditional, modern, romantic , or organic bride? Having one style in mind while planning helps ensure that every element of your wedding works beautifully together on the big day.

The traditional bride embraces the exquisite beauty of wedding classics. Her gown will be minimalist and magnificent.
