IPPOLITA SCULPTURES OF WEARABLE ART BY

W hen you think of art, you probably envision expansive museum galleries full of sculptures and paintings crafted by the most creative minds the world has ever known. But when we think of art, we think of Ippolita — an artist who creates modern wearable sculptures. Born into a family of artists, Ippolita Rostagno thrived under the watchful eye of her Italian family. Through exploration of different mediums, Ippolita discovered a gift and a love for jewelry making. By creating contemporary works of art, Ippolita embraces color, comfort. and exuberance. But perhaps more importantly, Ippolita embraces the desires of confident women. ROCKIN’ THE CANDY Every stone in the color wheel is hand-cut, a process that takes each stone on an hours- long journey, depending on the cut. To add even more depth to designs, stones are faceted from both sides, meaning there is no backside. Every Ippolita stone collection — from Rock Candy to Lollipop — boasts irregular yet irresistible cuts that combine to create a polished and graceful piece.

MORE IS METAL Ippolita’s first pieces of art were made from 18k gold. Over time, a specific blend of 18k gold and other alloys created what is now particular to the brand and pleasing to all skin types. Second to gold, Ippolita crafts art pieces in 925 silver, a white silver that’s brighter and whiter than silver found in other jewelry lines and capable of reflection The finished pieces prove to be necessities in every woman’s collection. PRECIOUS PAVÉ Wearing Ippolita is taking part in a beautiful experience that starts with at artist’s idea. Through a sculptor’s lens, Ippolita conjurers femininity with ease, celebrating the crossroads between shape and form in organic unity. Adornments, through the use of pavé diamonds, are physical embodiments of these crossroads — a celebration of what it means to be both raw and refined.
