THE LATEST AND GREATEST FROM ROBERTO COIN.

Commonly a staple on the red carpet adorning some of our favorite celebri- ties, there’s always more than meets the eye when it comes to Italian jeweler Roberto Coin. Renowned for its innovative yet timeless jewels, the brand is often recognized for its signature hidden ruby that’s set into each piece as a secret good luck charm. And in true Roberto Coin fashion, this season doesn’t fall short of surprises as it introduces a record number of new collections that blend exquisite craftsmanship with innovative design. Introducing: Venetian Princess Pirouette and Vernazza. Even more, the designs draw inspiration from movements of dance, with interactive floral shapes that rotate on an axis, resulting in a multifaceted piece with many ways to wear it. One side boasts beautiful and bright precious stone petals while the other is rich with white dia- monds. It’s an everyday piece meets special occasion stunner, all in one.

AMBRE it’s all about LOCALLY-OWNED FRAGRANCE BRAND, AMBRE BLENDS, HAS BEEN CREATING SIGNATURE SCENTS FOR 25 YEARS & ARE NOW IN OVER 700 RETAILERS NATIONWIDE. READ OUR Q&A WITH OWNER AMBRE CROCKETT—WHO ALSO HAPPENS TO BE A REIS-NICHOLS CLIENT!

Every fragrance tells a story. What story does your favorite collection or scent aim to tell, and how did you choose the elements to convey it? Every one of our signature scents is my favorite! Honestly, each scent was created during a time in my life when I was connected to a feeling and then mixed different botanicals and plant-based essenc- es to connect to that feeling. I can then connect back to the origin of each signature scent each time I wear it. Each scent originates from a different place and tells a different story. For example, our oil essence “Solace” was created at a difficult time in my life. Therefore, I integrated specific ingredients to de- velop a comforting and soothing aroma. Our scent “Invoke” was made during a particularly dark and dreary winter when I dreamed of a vibrant and lus-

Developing a personal connection is important to us as a luxury jeweler, and we’re guessing the same goes for Ambre Blends. Is there a particular ritual or habit you have when creating a new fragrance? How does it help in the creative process? Each signature scent has existed in my mind be- fore I ever started the process of experimenting with botanical mixes to evoke it. My aromatic cre- ations come from a place that is reflective of my personal and world space at a particular point in time. The process of mixing and testing to come up with a unique and impactful formula is just a process of me trying to extract that original feel- ing and manifest it into a scent. How do you envision your fragrances being expe- rienced or used in the daily lives of your customers? Ambre Blends products become a lifestyle. Our customers experience the benefits of our products that are handmade, all natural and provide scents that are alluring and safer than perfumes and co- lognes. Ambre Blends becomes very personal and integrated into their lives. People experience emo- tional healing and spiritual connection through our signature scents and begin to internalize and identify our products with “their scent.” In a field steeped in tradition, similar to the jewelry industry, what’s one innovative approach or tech-

nique you’ve brought into your fragrance creation process? In this day and age of industrialization and chem- ical compounds, the innovation of Ambre Blends is that we continue to defy and resist such deg- radation. We carry on using traditional methods and intuition to guide our process. We do not use formulaic equations, synthetics or automation in our creative process—we use our heart and our nose. This remains true even after 25 years and with over 700 retailers. All Ambre Blends prod- ucts continue to be made in-house, by hand and with love. Are there any new trends or emerging materials in the fragrance world that you’re particularly excit- ed about exploring? The interesting thing is the trends and emerging ingredients and materials used in the fragrance world are moving to where Ambre Blends has been for twenty-five years. Ambre Blends’ use of organic, all-natural and vegan ingredients, which are sustainably harvested and packaged in recy- clable and biodegradable containers, is now the “trend” for the fragrance industry. However, we have been doing it successfully and authentically since 1999. Our originality is our strength and lu- minary as we progress into our future.

REV (VING) UP FOR A CAUSE

F or ten years and counting, Indiana Univer- sity Health Foundation has held its signa- ture event, Rev, to kick off the month of May at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This event unites the city’s racing heritage with the most prominent figures and philanthropic leaders for an evening of glamour, food, and community spirit, all for a cause that hits close to home. We had the chance to sit down with Rev Executive Director, Carol Howard, who shared the history, impact, and vital role part- nerships—like the one they share with Reis-Nich- ols—play in the event’s continued success. How did the Rev Event come about, and what makes it so important to the community? The Rev Event started in 2014, and it’s grown tre- mendously since. In its first year, we had about 1,200 attendees, and now we’re hosting nearly 4,000 guests! Rev is IU Health Foundation’s larg- est fundraising event, raising millions for statewide trauma and critical care. This past year alone, we raised $3 million to support Indiana University Health’s care in trauma, critical care, and services provided for the drivers and patrons at the India- napolis Motor Speedway. Can you tell us about the unique experiences you feel that Rev offers? Rev is all about the experience, making it a yearly hot ticket. Imagine over 80 local chefs paired up with IndyCar drivers crafting exclusive, driver-in- spired meals. Each event area offers something new—fantastic food, drinks, and entertainment. What’s the secret to Rev’s success year after year? The partnerships and community involvement are the secret sauce, without a doubt. We look for like-minded partners who share our vision of mak- ing a positive impact; the diversity of attendees is a testament to that. Rev has become a must-attend event because it’s not just about fundraising but also community, connection, and sharing in the celebration that kicks off the month of May in Indy at the home of the Greatest Spectacle in Racing! Reis-Nichols has been a long-time partner of Rev. What role do they play? Reis-Nichols has been a critical partner of Rev for about a decade, and their contribution is invalu- able. Rev embodies Indy’s racing passion and of- fers a high-quality experience that perfectly aligns with Reis-Nichols’ brand. Whether in their store or at our event, they bring a level of sophistication and care that elevates everything. We’re proud to have them as part of our journey and look forward to continuing this partnership for many years to come. The Rev Event is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a community celebration, and we’re proud to be a part of it all as Rev continues to shine as one of the most anticipated events in Indianapolis for many years to come. 1. In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a simmer; keep warm. 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil. Add the shallot, season with salt and pepper, and cook over moderate heat, stirring, until softened, for about 5 minutes. 3. Add the rice and cook for 1 minute, stirring to thoroughly coat. 4. Crumble the saffron into the wine. Add the

saffron and wine mixture to the rice and cook, stirring, until the wine is absorbed.

5. Add 1 cup of the warm stock and cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until near- ly absorbed. Continue adding the stock 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly, until it is nearly absorbed between additions. 6. When almost ready, add the crispy Guanciale previously cooked in a sauté pan. The risotto is done when the rice is al dente and sus- pended in a thick, creamy sauce, for about 20 minutes total. 7. Season the risotto with salt and pepper. Stir in the cheese mixed with an egg yolk to create the Carbonara cream, add in the butter. 8. Garnish with an egg yolk and edible 24-karat gold leaf. Serve immediately.

Embrace Mood Your NOUVEL HERITAGE REDEFINES YOUR EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

F

F resh yet distinguished, Nouvel Heritage has made a name for itself in luxury jewelry by embracing contrasts. From its founding, the brand has stood out for its will- ingness to draw on oxymoron, contrast, and paradox. The Mood collection embodies this with a playful blend of opposites—visible and invisible, classic and unexpect- ed, simple and opulent. Drawing inspiration from punk aesthetics, these pieces reimagine styles as refined jewels, crafted from 18-carat recycled gold or titanium and adorned with bril- liant cut or baguette-cut di- amonds and sapphires.

The collection resonates with the mod- ern, sophisticated individual who val- ues sustainability and seeks jewelry that tells a personal story. By trans- forming the piercing—a symbol of self-expression—into an elegant signature, Nouvel Heritage creates pieces that are as meaningful as they are beautiful. What sets the Mood collection apart is its masterful simplicity. Crafted by seasoned

artisans, these pieces feature clean lines and pure forms, making them essentials to wear on repeat. Named after everyday moments like “Monday Morning” and “Business Meeting,” each embellishment blends effortlessly into dai- ly life, adding a touch of contemporary flair. ENGAGING PERSONALITIES

Bridal P lanning a wedding is daunting, especially now that brides-to-be have infinite online inspiration at their fingertips. There are so many different types of weddings that it can be hard to know which ap- proach is right. Will you start your happily-ever-after at a small backyard affair? A black-tie evening in a museum rotunda? Maybe a literary cere- mony at a historic library? Traditional The traditional bride embraces the exquisite beauty of wedding classics. Her gown will be timeless, yet magnificent. She’ll want a subdued color scheme that’s mostly neutrals, a bespoke tuxedo for her groom, and a matching bow- tie for her well-behaved golden retriever. The venue for a traditional wed- ding will be elegant, perhaps a manicured garden with long banquet tables under the stars or a hotel with a stately ballroom and impeccable service. Guests should expect to shed a tear at the beauty of the couple’s flawlessly choreographed first dance and will most likely take home a high-end mono- grammed wedding favor. Before diving into tablescapes, rings, favors, and all the other fun de- tails, it’s helpful for a bride to pick a theme for her wedding day. Do you see yourself as a traditional, modern, romantic, or vintage bride? Having one style in mind while planning helps ensure that every element of your wedding works beautifully together on the big day.

STYLES

A traditional bride’s jewelry will be as sophisticated and tasteful as she is. Look to streamlined solitaires with hidden halos, emerald cut diamonds with impeccable color and clarity, or family heirloom stones reset to honor a new generation’s love story. Don’t forget a wedding band that matches the engagement ring—perhaps a band that’s soldered to fit against the specific ring for a seamless stack. Nothing too flashy, and always classy. Whatever the traditional bride chooses for her jewels, her ring will be timeless—an instant future heirloom.

ENGAGING PERSONALITIES

Romantic The romantic bride takes the sentiment inherent in all weddings to a whole new level. Romance lives in the details: the notes of a par- ticular love song heralding the bride’s entrance, references to the couple’s milestones in the table décor, or personalized vows that will make even the most stoic groomsman sniffle. The gown will likely involve lace, beading, embroidery, or all three. As for the décor and venue? Think Bridgerton meets Disney princess. Everything will be soft and lush, with cascading florals in pink or purple and plenty of candles. It will be held at an old manor house or a hotel that feels like a castle (or an actual castle, if bud- get allows). There will absolutely be a guestbook, and friends and family shouldn’t hesitate to leave their most heartfelt messages. At the end of the evening, the couple might depart in a classic car and drive off into the starry night. Whimsical rings will win the romantic bride’s heart. Look for delicate embellishments, like filigree, halo details, and milgrain, as well as designs that carry symbolic meaning, like the classic three-stone ring for past, present, and future. This couple will love the idea of engraving a secret message for each other inside their rings—and if the groom is smart, he’ll pick up a wedding day jewel- ry surprise to delight his romantic bride on the big day.

M The modern bride is deeply in touch with her personal style and won’t hesitate to throw tradition out the window in favor of personalization. She might choose a silky cowl neck dress, a sleek bridal jumpsuit, an espresso martini tower instead of champagne, and maybe the brides- maids are adorned in mismatched yet complementary colored dresses. Her bridal jewelry will be whatever strikes her fancy in the planning pro- cess. Nothing is too out there on her big day. A modern wedding is all about fun and freshness. Modern brides love an art museum, a mid-mod- ern home, or a bright glass conservatory as venue options to embody the cool aesthetic they desire. Anything is possible for a modern bride’s jewelry. Her dream ring might feature an especially wide band that creates a fashion statement. Or, she might go for a more abstract look that has gained popularity this year. This ring is more organic and goes with the flow—just like our modern bride! One thing’s for sure: the contemporary bride will get ex- actly the ring she wants, regardless of anyone else’s expectations. Modern

Vintage The vintage bride is looking for heirloom-style wedding accents with modern techniques, and she can achieve that look with design details. Whether it is Art Deco or the Victorian Era, the small touches set the tone. Her dress features lace, beaded details, and a sleek silhouette with a nod to the past. Attendees can expect a venue with historical charm in the architecture, like stunning arches, tiled floors, and moody colors. The guestbook might be auditory with an antique rotary dial phone that allows guests to record well wishes and messages. Wedding-goers can expect the musical playlist to have a mix of old and new, such as Frank Sinatra for a romantic dance or some ABBA to get the dance floor going. The jewelry will play on those same designs. Marquise, pear, and emer- ald stones are signature vintage centerpieces. This look can be enhanced with a variety of stone shapes surrounding the center stone to create an Art Deco design. Milgrain details in the metal help bring an heirloom feel to a new ring. Beveled edges can also achieve this look, and brides can pair bracelets with mixed stone shapes, simple drop earrings, and pavé details. The vintage bride is able to blend the old and new to have the best of both worlds to create a piece to last a lifetime.

TUDOR BLACK BAY

T UDOR introduces the newest iteration of the Black Bay in monochrome. Representing the latest in Black Bay, this model features evolved design elements, a “T-fit” clasp, and is Master Chronometer certified by METAS. The Black Bay, first launched in 2012, remains one of TUDOR’s most recognized and beloved models. In its latest iteration, the case keeps the original proportions of a 41 mm case with a thinner profile. The unidirectional rotatable bezel features a black aluminum insert with a 60-minute scale to track immersion times, and the satin black dial is softly radial-brushed for a subtle shine under direct light. The Black Bay line features dials inspired by the TUDOR dive watches produced during the 1950s. It borrows the characteristic angular

hands known to collectors as “snowflake” from models that appeared in the brand’s 1969 catalog. Its shoulder-less crown and the characteristics of its case are reminiscent of the first generations of TUDOR dive watches. The new monochrome Black Bay ref. M7941A1A0NU comes fitted with either an entirely satin-brushed three-link stainless steel bracelet, a five-oval-shaped-link brushed and polished stainless steel bracelet, or a cut- to-size black rubber strap. All variations are equipped with the TUDOR “T-fit” clasp with a system for rapid length adjustment. Easy to use, requiring no tools, and offering five positions, this practical system allows wearers to carry out a fine, instant adjustment of the total length of the bracelet along an adjustment window of 8 mm.

The METAS Master Chronometer-certified Manufacture Caliber MT5602-U automatic movement displays hour, minute, and seconds functions. The METAS Master Chronometer certification is comprehensive and covers the main functional characteristics of a watch. As such, the new Black Bay functions within a 5-second range of variation each day (0/+5), boasts resistance to 15,000 gauss of magnetic fields, is water-resistant to 660 feet, and includes a power reserve of 70 hours.
