O mega’s Seamaster Aqua Terra Worldtimer is a go-to travel watch and a robust sports watch all in one package. Three new versions include a titanium edition and two stainless steel pieces. All three are more sporty than conventional worldtimers, with green rubber strap options for the steel versions and a black rubber strap for the titanium. At the center of each dial is a vision of earth viewed from the North Pole, made by laser-ablating continents and colors on a grade 5 titanium surface. The outer world time city ring includes Bienne, Switzerland, where Omega is based. All three have scratch-resistant ceramic bezels (black for the titanium piece and green for the steel) and use Co-Axial Master Chronometer caliber 8938 movements. They are sports-sized large, at 43 mm, and water resistant to 150 meters.
This Speedmaster Racing Master Chronometer model features a 44.25 mm stainless steel case and bracelet with a black ceramic bezel ring that includes the famous tachymeter scale in orange wording and Liquidmetal™ numbers. On the matte black dial, there is a distinctive racing style minute-track which gives the watch its name. There are also two subdials with blackened applied rings as well as a 6 o’clock date window that blends with the colour of the dial. The hands are a mix of varnished orange and white, while the arrowhead indexes are 18K white gold with white Super-LumiNova. The watch is driven by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer 9900, certified by METAS at the industry’s highest standard.
