FELIX ROQUE Master Jeweler Felix is one of the most renowned jewelers in the Tampa Bay Area. He is known for being so friendly and easy to work with. He has been working for Kiefer Jewelers since 2016. LAUREN SEIDEL Assistant Manager- in-Training Lauren Seidel started working at Kiefer Jewelers in October of 2019. She loves all things jewelry, but her favorite thing about the industry is that it’s constantly changing!
MONIQUE TAPANES Graduate Gemologist Monique has been working for Kiefer Jewelers since 2021. Her favorite part of working in the jewelry industry is being a part of special occasions and helping her clients find that special heirloom. BRITTANY GRINER Store Manager Brittany has been with Kiefer Jewelers since 2010! Her favorite part about working in the jewelry industry is how we get to take part in so many special moments in our clients’ lives.
STEPHANIE BAKER Assistant Manager Stephanie has worked for Kiefers since 2020. Her favorite thing about working in jewelry is helping people celebrate special occasions with pieces that will last a lifetime, and getting to know the people she is helping.

CHRISTY WISE Sales Associate Christy started working for Kiefers in 2022. Christy started her jewelry career in Buffalo, New York after completing her Bachelor’s degree in 2003 in sales/ marketing. MELISSA APONTE Sales Associate Melissa started at Kiefers in 2023 as a new career change, she originally went to school and became certified to coordinate weddings and events and always loved the idea of being able to help with the special moments in people’s lives.
MATT JIMENEZ Apprentice Jeweler & Watchmaker Matt started working for Kiefer Jewelers in August of 2020 as the Store Support Associate and Watchmaker.
KAYLA MCLAUGHLIN Buyer Kayla worked for Kiefer Jewelers from 2010 to 2018 and then came back in November of 2022. Kayla also worked for other prestigious jewelers where she was able to further her knowledge of the jewelry industry. BRIANNA BREESE Sales Associate Brianna worked for Kiefers for about 2 years and left the company for a short while before returning to work in March of 2022. She loves having a good time and making people smile.
KATHRYN SMISEK Sales Associate Kathryn has been working for Kiefer Jewelers since 2021. Kathryn is a romantic so she loves being able to be a part of special moments and seeing that happiness in her customers’ eyes. NOAH McLELLAN Sales Associate Noah began He loves the great spirit of his team, and the local family aspect that comes with the Kiefer name. His favorite working at Kiefer Jewelers in 2023. collection is the watch collection.
JESSICA CABRERA Sales Associate Jessica began working at
Kiefer Jewelers in 2023. Jessica loves getting to collaborate with her teammates, and she believes that every day is a blast working at Kiefers. Her absolute favorite collection is Lafonn.
