From a showroom of giftware, toys, appliances, and clocks to a modest bargain shop selling products below cost, Richter & Phillips has been an everchanging business in downtown Cincinnati. The story of Richter & Phillips has periods of prosperity, moments of despair, experiences of promise, and, in a new, fast-paced world, the century-and-a-quarter-old shop has had its adaptability and relevancy put to the test. The store has played meaningful roles in countless stories of love, triumph, and life-altering moments. These stories are yours.
