Heat th e cider, orange juice and syrup together to a l i skey ow boil. Dump the water out of the mug and add the whiskey and cider mix. Grate fresh cinnamon over the top. Add the Rye Malt Whiskey, Kahlúa, a nd orange bitters to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until thoroughly chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Take the orang e peel and express orange oil over the drink - fla med if you’re extra fancy. Discard the orange peel. Serve.
