NAVARRA & VENETIAN MEDALLIONS

Here we are again, closing out another year. And what a year it has been! 2025 has been full of celebrations, growth, change, and meaningful progress for Brown & Co. From the opening of our Patek Philippe boutique and the exciting renovation underway at our Roswell location, to new events, new roles, and the largest team we’ve ever had, this has truly been a year to remember.

Amidst all the activity, our focus has remained on the foundation of who we are, why we do what we do, what we stand for, and how we live out our vision and values each day. Our purpose is not only to provide beautiful jewelry and timepieces, but to create genuine connections and experiences. That starts with supporting our team so they can do their very best work, and extends to every client, partner, and friend who walks through our doors. At Brown & Co., we work hard and challenge ourselves to grow, but we also make sure there’s joy in the process. It matters deeply to me that every interaction feels authentic, respectful, and positive. It’s in those details that the magic truly happens. This year, I am especially proud of the Brown & Co. creed our leadership team developed together. Integrity, Quality, and Legacy are more than just words; they are the foundation of our company and will continue to guide us into the future. My hope is that you feel a real connection to Brown & Co. — to our people, our products, and the experiences we create. Jewelry and timepieces are so much more than purchases; they are part of your story, and we are honored to be part of that legacy. This holiday magazine is created for you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your support, for being part of our journey, and for allowing us to be part of yours. Wishing you a joyful holiday season! Cheers!

Roswell Reimagined

A STUNNING NEW CHAPTER FOR BROWN & CO. JEWELERS

We’re especially proud to introduce our new 500+ square foot Cartier boutique, anchoring an expanded watch area that now includes five total watch brand showcases and a 20-foot linear display dedicated to our exceptional estate watch collection. For those celebrating life’s most cherished milestones, our new 800+ square foot Bridal boutique will offer an intimate, beautifully appointed setting to explore breathtaking bridal designs.

Behind the scenes, craftsmanship remains at the heart of what we do. Soon, our state-of-the-art jeweler’s workshop will feature custom-built benches, along with a dedicated watchmaker space for two artisans. We’re also redesigning our service counter with 20 feet of dedicated space to ensure your needs are met with the personalized care you deserve.

F For over half a century, we’ve had the honor of helping the Roswell community celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Opened in 1974, our Roswell location was the very first Brown & Co. Jewelers store — and it has held a special place in our history ever since. While we’ve made thoughtful updates over the years, we’re now proud to unveil the most significant renovation to date: a complete remodel, restructure, and rebrand designed to honor our heritage while embracing the future.

With this evolution, we’re completely redesigning the exterior, which will feature expanded windows, offering a warm preview of the sophistication that awaits inside. The refreshed interior will reflect a modern, elevated aesthetic inspired by the brand identity we established with the 2022 remodel of our Buckhead location. Using neutral stone flooring, textured wallcoverings, and rich wood accents, the Roswell atmosphere is transforming into a serene, luxurious backdrop for the collections you love.

This renovation goes beyond enhancing a single space. It’s about creating the same luxurious experience across both of our locations, whether you choose to shop with us in Roswell or Buckhead Village. But most importantly, this

transformation is a reflection of our enduring relationship with our communities and our continued commitment to offering the finest in craftsmanship, selection, and personalized service right here in Atlanta.

WE CAN’T WAIT TO WELCOME YOU BACK AND TO SHARE THIS EXCITING NEW CHAPTER WITH YOU.

The GMT-MASTER II The perfect match

The OYSTER PERPETUAL A fresh look

Rolex introduces its very first ceramic dial on an 18 k white gold version of the Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II. In the same material, with the same green color and the same luster, this Cerachrom dial and the daytime half of the green and black bezel insert echo each other perfectly.

A muted lavender, a warm sandy beige, and a fresh pistachio green. The Oyster Perpetual is graced with new faces in an array of colors that celebrate the meeting of pastel shades, vibrant lacquering and a smooth, matte finish.

NEW WATCHES 2025

IMAGINATION IN MOVEMENT

Rolex unveils its new watches, conceived by the perpetually active imagination that imbues the entire manufacture . From the movements to cases and bracelets, from design to the choice of materials, the latest creations offered by Rolex attest to visionary achievements in watchmaking that pave the way to new horizons.

The perpetual 1908 The geometry of elegance

The DATEJUST Light and shade

Rarely has solid gold felt so supple and light on the wrist. The Perpetual 1908 in 18 k yellow gold is now available on a bracelet fashioned entirely in this precious metal. An innovative geometry endows this seven-piece link bracelet with refinement and comfort in all-round elegance.

The red ombré dial of the new Oyster Perpetual Datejust 31 presents a subtle transition between the fire at its center and a deep darkness at its edge — a chiaroscuro enhanced by the sparkling diamonds set on the bezel and dial.

The COSMOGRAPH DAYTONA Bold contrast

The Cosmograph Daytona dons a turquoise blue lacquer dial paired with bright black counters. The rich colors set against the precious 18 k yellow gold of the case and the technical characteristics of the Oysterflex bracelet offer a remarkably refreshing combination.

The GMT-MASTER II An exclusive alliance

The GMT-Master II in 18 k Everose gold with a Cerachrom bezel insert in brown and black ceramic is now available with a dial in tiger iron. This natural stone, used by Rolex for the first time, is characterized by its complex structure. A painstaking selection and meticulous assembly have harmoniously matched it with the colors of the Oyster case and bracelet.

The LAND-DWELLER Opening new horizons Rolex begins a new chapter in its history with the Oyster Perpetual Land-Dweller. This watch is powered by a revolutionary caliber — a movement that was designed to beat at the high frequency of 5 hertz and be highly performant.

The SKY-DWELLER Vibrant reflections

For the first time, the Sky-Dweller brings together two of the brand’s iconic colors, juxtaposing a sunray-finished, bright green dial with a case and bracelet in 18 k yellow gold. This radiant dial together with the resplendent reflections from the fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet result in an exceptionally exuberant watch.

roberto coin

Pairing these philosophies and creations, Coin manages to balance tradition and innovation, making his brand one of the most dynamic forces in modern jewelry. At his Italian atelier, master artisans — some with decades of experience, others with fresh, modern perspectives — work side by side to bring his visions to life. Their process is one of meticulous craftsman- ship, where time-honored techniques merge with cutting-edge advancements to create jewelry that is both timeless and groundbreaking.

Beyond the world of jewelry, Coin is recognized as a pioneering spirit in fashion and design. His collections have graced the red carpet, appeared on the pages of top luxury publications, and influenced trends across the industry. Yet, despite his global recognition, his approach remains deeply personal. Every piece tells a story — a reflection of his own endless curiosity and passion for the arts.

Some designers create jewelry. Others redefine it.

A Visionary in the Art of Jewelry

For Roberto Coin, fine jewelry is not just an accessory but an expression of artistry, culture, and individuality. Since founding his brand in 1996, Coin has dedicated himself to creating pieces that transcend time, bringing Italian craftsmanship and global inspiration together in a way that has captivated the luxury world.

From the beginning, diversity and creativity have been at the heart of his vision. Unlike other designers who build their brand around a single recognizable motif, Coin has always sought endless reinvention, ensuring that no two collections feel the same. His mission is clear: rather than offering the same piece to every woman, his goal is to craft a different masterpiece for each, celebrating the unique beauty and personality of the wearer.

This philosophy extends beyond design and into the very DNA of his brand. Each creation is marked by a hidden ruby, a signature detail inspired by ancient Egyptian legend. Coin was drawn to the belief that rubies, worn close to the skin, bring prosperity and happiness. That is his personal wish for every woman who wears his jewelry — an intimate, unseen gesture of good fortune.

FOR ROBERTO COIN, CREATIVITY IS FREEDOM, AND JEWELRY IS MORE THAN JUST AN ADORNMENT — IT IS A STATEMENT OF IDENTITY. WITH AN EVER-EVOLVING VISION AND AN UNRELENTING DRIVE TO SURPRISE, HE CONTINUES TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF LUXURY, ONE MASTERPIECE AT A TIME.

Perched on the westernmost coast of continental Europe, Portugal’s temperatures remain mild over the winter, and the climate delivers ideal temperatures in spring and fall. EUROPE’S GOLFING JEWEL PORTUGAL

Throw a dart at a map and you would be hard-pressed to find a better destination for a golfing excursion than Portugal. It’s been selected as the Best Golf Destination in Europe numerous times, including six years consecutively, as well as the Best Golf Destination in the World several times. Portugal offers a wide range of courses, more than 90 around the country, with

features suitable for different levels of experience and budget. Lisbon, specifically, is a destination renowned for its charming old neighborhoods, vibrant architecture, historic trams, delectable cuisine, and rich history. Its proximity to several areas of protected nature and World Heritage-designated monuments and landscapes is a perfect companion to a

golfing holiday or a few golf-focused days. The family can enjoy historic attractions in the nation’s capital region while you tackle Oitavos Dunes, ranked among the top golf courses in the world, known for its links- style design and Atlantic Ocean views. Don’t overlook West Cliffs, a new addition to the Lisbon golf scene, or Royal Obidos, designed by Seve Ballesteros.

Where to stay? The five-star Hotel Praia D’El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort lies on Portugal’s picturesque west coast, an easy drive from the culturally recognized towns of Obidos and Peniche, a quaint fishing village. Just an hour’s drive from Lisbon, the resort hosts two of the leading courses in Portugal, the West Cliffs Golf Links and the Praia D’El Rey Golf Course. In the running for the most stunning golf course in Europe, Praia D’Ell Rey winds through pine forests and rolling dunes, with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the distant Berlenga Islands.

How to Get Around Rental cars and hotel shuttles are the most common ways to get around Lisbon. A golf booking agency can help with transfers to and from courses. We can only encourage you to make Portugal your next destination for a family adventure. A golf trip there promises a respite from the familiar and an adventure into stunning natural beauty and engaging cultural destinations. Obidos, a fortified medieval town, is home to the Royal Obidos Scenic Resort. Drop off non-golfers to enjoy the sights while you face off against a 6,400-meter course on undulating terrain. Pamper your entourage at the spa and fine restaurants across the resort. Sintra is the destination for Penha Longa, a beautiful course with great views located at the base of the Sintra hills. Spend the day in Sintra touring historical attractions such as the National Palace of Pena and the Castle of the Moors. Designed by noted American golf architect Cabell B. Robinson and inaugurated in June 1997, Praia D’El Rey features 87 bunkers, generous greens, and abundant natural vegetation surrounding lush fairways, providing a complex golfing challenge. What to Wear Don’t be surprised if you encounter cloudy weather when you get off the plane. It’s a tropical climate, with brief rain showers punctuating the warm and humid air. ARTFUL EARRINGS ARE TODAY’S GO-TO FOR SELF-EXPRESSION Ear a it’s a new

S

Something remarkable is happening in the world of jewelry design, and it’s all about what frames your face. Artful earrings have stepped boldly into the spotlight as the ultimate canvas for creativity, transforming from simple accents into powerful statements of personal style. Today’s designers are pushing boundaries and entering new eras, crafting accessories that blur the line between jewelry and wearable art. They’re experimenting with asymmetrical silhouettes, unexpected materials, and sculptural forms that defy gravity. What emerges are designs that not only complement an outfit but also command attention and spark conversation.

The beauty lies in their versatility. A single pair of dramatic drops can elevate a simple white tee into something extraordinary, while delicate studs whisper elegance for a romantic date night. For the adventurous, multiple piercings offer endless possibilities to mix textures, sizes, and styles, creating a personalized constellation that tells your story without saying a word. Perhaps most intriguing are the ear-crawlers, cuffs, and climbers that create optical illusions, appearing to trace delicate patterns up the ear’s natural curve. These ingenious designs give the impression of multiple piercings while requiring just one, offering maximum impact with minimal commitment.

The Black Bay line has become one of Tudor’s most recognizable pillars, known for pairing tool-watch durability with vintage design cues. This year, Tudor expands the collection with new models that build on the Black Bay’s signature aesthetic while pushing it in new directions — some subtle, others more daring. SECOND TIME’S a charm

When it comes to pre-owned watches, there’s something about the unexpected: a rare reference rediscovered, a vintage piece with a perfectly aged dial, or a recently discontinued model that’s already become collector lore. The result? A highly personal collection — pieces for work, for travel, for ceremony — that speak not just to taste, but to timing. In today’s collecting culture, a single watch no longer defines a wardrobe. Instead, the rotation becomes part of the ritual. Sporty one day, dressy the next, every piece tells its own story: a ’70s chronograph, a minimalist diver, a Swiss-made icon once passed over and now impossible to find. These are watches that carry both character and craftsmanship.

But provenance matters. Established jewelers and heritage boutiques offer more than inventory — they offer expertise: in-house watchmakers, verified service histories, and a level of trust that digital marketplaces rarely match. A fine timepiece deserves a place where knowledge and care are part of the transaction. The right pre-owned watch doesn’t just tell time, it tells a story — of craftsmanship honed over generations, of life moments (big and small), and of styles that transcend trends. Each scratch, patina, and detail carries the imprint of its past, while its owner continues to write its story.

A A diamond from Brown & Company is more than just an engagement ring — it’s a symbol of legacy, craftsmanship, and dedication. Since 1974, when Frank Brown founded the business, we’ve proudly remained family-owned and operated, upholding traditions that stretch back nearly a century. Frank’s grandmother, Marie Burns, opened The Jewel Box in Spokane, Washington in 1923, and today, his daughter, Sara Beth Brown Prendeville, serves as president, ensuring that Brown & Co. continues to offer only the finest natural diamonds. For over 50 years, we have carefully hand-selected diamonds and designed rings that capture the beauty, rarity, and value of true craftsmanship. CELEBRATING

THE JEWEL HERITAGE JEWEL

THE GRAND GRAND EXPECTATIONS

The Jewel engagement ring design is all about the “jewels.” Not only does the ring have a beautiful center solitaire diamond held in a classic cathedral-style setting, it is surrounded by more jewels. A ribbon of smaller diamonds cascades down the top of the shank, surrounding the center diamond with exquisite highlights. The Jewel is lovingly named after The Jewel Box, founded in 1923 by Marie Burns, grandmother of Brown & Company founder Frank Brown.

The Grand is named after the Grand Historic Davenport Hotel in Spokane, where Marie Burns, grandmother of Brown & Company founder Frank Brown, started her boutique, The Jewel Box, in 1923. Inspired by timeless elegance, this “grand” statement piece incorporates a center solitaire in a cathedral setting, surrounded by rows of diamonds on the shank that are graduated in size and perfectly matched. The Grand is a perfect expression of the grand expectations you have for the future with your “Most Loved” one.

THE TERRY PERFECT HALO

THE CLASSIC 3 PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE

THE 1974 SIMPLY DAZZLING

THE DAVENPORT TRIED-AND-TRUE SOLITAIRE

The Terry design is lovingly named after our own Terry Brown, the jewel-loving matriarch of the Brown family and mother of Brown & Co. president, Sara Beth. The focus of this engaging design is the perfectly proportional halo of diamonds that surround the center diamond. Each diamond in the halo is set with small claw prongs, allowing maximum light return and dazzle. Terry herself dons a halo-style engagement ring, along with a fabulous halo-style right hand ring.

The Classic 3 is a three-stone ring, rich in symbolism because it represents a couple’s past, present, and future. It could be three round diamonds, an emerald diamond with traps or side diamonds, or it could be three gemstones of your choice — it can be customized. Every time you look at this ring, it will remind you of the beautiful journey you have shared with your loved one so far and the joyful days ahead.

The 1974 design is named after the year Brown & Company was founded, but it represents our modern interpretation of the classic solitaire style with a contemporary feel. It is the sleek, sophisticated alternative to more elaborate ring styles, giving a single fabulous diamond pride of place at the top of the shank. The claw prongs that hold the diamond are designed to let in maximum light, allowing the diamond to release the most brilliant light return possible.

The Davenport style is a nod to the Brown family history and our commitment to using the world’s finest diamonds. The Davenport ring, named after the Davenport Hotel, signifies the deep connections between two people and between family members, and the power of exquisite jewels to celebrate your love. It is a classic solitaire with a cathedral setting in a feminine swoop-basket style. Elegant, pear-shaped prongs embrace the center diamond.
