The East Course, Cheyenne Mountains
Culinary Comfort My first stop at the Broadmoor was The Golden Bee, an authentic 19th-century English pub that was shipped and reconstructed, panel by panel, in 1961. The pub remains an authentically cozy atmosphere of warm woods and traditional craftsmanship, perfectly recreating the feel of a familiar neighborhood watering hole from the old country. It’s just one of many dining options, from the French-influenced La Tarverne to the rustic Restaurant 1858, located at the base of the majestic Seven Falls series of waterfalls. Seated at Ristorante Del Lago with a glass of Italian red and fresh house-made pasta, it would be easy to convince yourself you’ve been transported to the elegant shores of Lake Como. Fine dining is just the beginning of the Broadmoor experience.
Top Golf The 2025 US Senior Open was played on the East Course, perched in the foothills of the Cheyenne Mountains at an elevation of more than 6,300 feet. The East Course is renowned for its expansive, tree-lined fairways and wide, well-maintained greens. In contrast, the West Course is tighter off the tee, featuring rolling fairways, heavily tree-lined holes, and breathtaking views of both the mountains and Colorado Springs. A perfect blend of natural beauty and rich history!
