Right in the heart of Bridgewater, the Somerset Patriots are more than just a professional baseball team — they’re a vital part of our community. As the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, the Patriots bring top-tier baseball to our own backyard, but their impact extends far beyond the field. From family-friendly entertainment to charitable initiatives, the Somerset Patriots have built a legacy of connection, pride, and community spirit. We are so proud to know them, love them, and spend some time with them. Family is Everything Like Roman Jewelers, The Somerset Patriots are family owned. It is important since it is here in our community that all our families strive, grow, and make meaningful memories. The Patriots’ home games are known for their welcoming atmosphere, themed nights, fireworks shows, and interactive promotions that make each visit more than just a ballgame — it’s a full experience. We like to think we share that quality with them. A Champion for Local Causes The Somerset Patriots are deeply committed to giving back, and much of that work happens through The Somerset Patriots Sportsmanship and Children’s Foundation. The foundation supports hundreds of local charities and nonprofit organizations each year, with a focus on improving quality of life in the community. Funds raised through charity events, auctions, and game-day initiatives benefit programs for children’s health, education, veterans’ services, and families in need. From helping youth sports teams afford equipment to organizing special nights honoring military members and first responders, the Patriots use their platform to lift up the causes that matter most right here in Somerset County. Inspiring the Next Generation Beyond entertainment, the Patriots inspire young athletes and future fans alike. Youth baseball clinics, meet-and-greets with players, and educational outreach programs encourage kids to stay active, work as a team, and dream big — all while learning from role models who play just steps from home. Fans also get the thrill of seeing future Yankees in action before they make it to the big leagues. We watched Central NJ’s own, Anthony Volpe early in his career here in Somerset and knew instantly — from his hustle, sharp instincts, and pure love of the game — that he was destined for Yankee Stadium.
