In the rich history of our legacy, Jewelry Design Center stands as a testament to a remarkable journey spanning four decades. It all began with Doug Toone, a visionary jeweler whose passion and dedication became the foundation of our story. With a booth at the iconic World’s Fair (Expo ‘74), Doug’s talent sparked a realization – every piece he crafted and showcased, found a loving home an indication of his true artistry.

From our Northtown location to the sprawling expanses of the South hill and Valley, we transformed spaces, leaving imprints and growing a well- known reputation. Yet, it was at 821 N. Division St. that Jewelry Design Center found its forever home after 27 years of growth and expansion. Our loyal patrons, the cherished JDC “superfans,” have been our constant companions, following us faithfully through each transformation. Our 1977 generation of clients, have referred children and even grandchildren to JDC throughout the years – the true definition of what we mean when we say ‘We want to be your jeweler for life’. At the heart of our evolution lies a commitment: to offer bespoke service that feels like home. Doug’s legacy lives on, not just in our jewelry but in the unwavering dedication to our clients. Every piece we create, and every design that’s introduced to our displays, is a testament to our enduring passion.

2005- We began the constriction of our forever home. Log by log, this stunning building shows our Northwest roots, which still captivates our clients to this day.
