The Côn Đao Islands, situated in the South China Sea, offer breathtaking natural beauty and untouched beaches. You can enjoy snorkeling, diving, and exploring vibrant coral reefs full of stunning marine life. The islands also have historical sites related to Vietnam’s colonial past, so if you’re a lover of history, you can turn your trip into an adventure into bygone days. If you’re lucky, you may witness turtles on the beaches during their breeding and egg-laying season. Make sure not to disturb them! SIARGAO ISLAND, PHILIPPINES While Siargao Island is gaining popularity, it still remains fairly quiet and uncrowded in comparison to other tourist hotspots in the Philippines. It’s known as the surfing capital of the Philippines, so if you love to hit the waves, it’s the perfect spot. Siargao offers world-class surf breaks, stunning lagoons, and gorgeous beaches. You can also explore the nearby Sohoton Cove, known for its enchanting jellyfish sanctuary. You can swim with stingless jellyfish and experience their elegance up close. While you’re there, don’t forget to dine like the locals. There are many tourist-friendly spots to eat, but we recommend visiting smaller cafés and restaurants that cater to local palates. Be sure to try traditional lumpia, kare-kare, or pancit. SEMPORNA ISLANDS, MALAYSIA If you’ve never put Malaysia on your must-visit list, it may be time to change that.
