How have your clients responded to the opening of the boutique? Every day, it is such a thrill to watch customers react to the new store and the Rolex experience. Customers are blown away from the beautiful woodwork, the comfortable seating areas, the glimpse into Rolex’s history, and the comforts we offer. All visitors are given a tour of the store before sitting down in one of several sections, where we bring timepieces directly to them. We also have a dedicated service area upstairs and a watchmaking shop where we can consult on timepiece repairs and our service offering.Whether we are looking at specific models, consulting on a repair, or talking about our favorite timepieces, our guests have really enjoyed their time spent in the store! What is your favorite part of the boutique that you love sharing with clients? My favorite space in the store is the lounge area in the back. It is an open-air, two-story space with a skylight above and beautiful arched windows built into a brick wall. Chandeliers hang overhead, and classic Rolex photographs of timepieces and ambassadors decorate the walls. Clients are invited to sit on green leather couches and velvet stools while enjoying a cup of coffee or refreshment of their choice. It is just a stunning space that you have to see for yourself! But truly, my favorite part of the store is the incredible team that runs it every day.We have veterans from the Long’s team and relative newcomers who are so passionate about the Rolex brand and Long’s core values of amazing quality and service. We are proud of the teams in every Long’s store, and we are so thrilled that our new store feels like it has been working beautifully together for years. What kind of atmosphere can people expect when they visit the boutique? Even though the store is so elegant and luxurious, it is also incredibly warm and welcoming. Our sales associates, customer service professionals, and concierge are all committed to giving every visitor a unique and

wonderful experience from the moment they approach our front door. We focus on educating our customers and “talking watches” with both beginners and lifelong collectors. We believe everyone can appreciate what makes Rolex so special! Besides selling watches, what else does the boutique (and Long’s) offer? Long’s is proud to be part of Rolex’s global service network with Rolex-trained and tested watchmakers on site. At the boutique, we offer service consultations that begin with an examination of the timepiece and an explanation of how a Rolex service benefits each watch. Many of our guests have owned a Rolex for decades or even generations, and we enjoy keeping those timepieces working in excellent condition. What other plans does Long’s have for Boston? We are just getting started and we have some big surprises planned for 2022 and beyond! Stay tuned and look for a few emails next year with more details.
