It has been our greatest joy to see the return of so many joyful events this year, from weddings to anniversary parties, family reunions, and so much more. Our role in our communities is to help New Englanders celebrate their lives! Each and every day, we are fortunate to share in so many unique celebrations and occasions. We love hearing about how meaningful a gift from Long’s can be, and the stories this past year have touched our hearts more than ever. Thank you for sharing these moments with us, and we look forward to new chapters to come. This year has also seen milestone achievements for Long’s, especially with the opening of our Rolex Boutique at 8 Newbury Street in Boston. Our goal for that store was to design a space and deliver an experience different from any other store in the world. If you haven’t had a chance to visit the Rolex Boutique, we invite you to do so and celebrate with us. We have also renovated our Burlington and Peabody locations, and we have more plans in the works to keep Long’s walking the line between both our long-standing traditions and our desire to innovate for generations to come. Our website continues to evolve, our e-commerce business is a rocket ship, and the Long’s team is the largest and best it has ever been. We remain ready to serve you any way you choose, from a traditional store visit to a remote digital experience that still feels distinctly like Long’s. We are proud to offer you this book with great stories about our customers and about the artists who design and build the most beautiful jewelry and timepieces in the world.
