R ob Matthews is celebrating 20 years with Fink’s Jewelers. Throughout that time, Rob has been an integral part of Fink’s, and since 2007, he’s been running our Charlottesville, VA, store with integrity and dedication. A CULTURE UNLIKE ANY OTHER The Fink’s are caring people. And as a family-owned business, their name’s on the door, their name’s on everything that they offer, and it’s a reflection of them. So they want to hire good people to work with them, represent them, and help them take care of their clients. I’ve grown with them over the past 20 years, and I feel privileged to be a part of such an amazing organization! LENDING A HELPING HAND I was hired as an assistant manager at our Regency Square location back in 2002. Then we moved that location to our Short Pump store, and I was the assistant manager there for a few years. Then, Fink’s said they were opening up a store here in Charlottesville and offered me the management position. But in between, I had helped out with a couple of other locations, managing, hiring, and training. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
I just want to emphasize how appreciative I am to be a part of a family-owned business like Fink’s and how I’ve enjoyed being a part of the team for the past 20 years.
