The ring of a rotary, the snap of a flip phone—each era had its own signature sound and style. We’re reimagining the evolution of communication through jewelry, matching pieces that mirror the mood of each moment in time.
To start, the Victorian French-style rotary features brass accents and cream enamel which evokes a romantic, old-world charm— much like the pieces paired with it. Each detail feels intentional and captivating, celebrating the artistry and timeless elegance of design done beautifully.

The rise in the popularity of diamonds came after the launch of De Beers’ “A Diamond is Forever” campaign in 1948. With this, diamonds became the cultural standard for jewelry gifts and movie stars of the era were regularly seen wearing dazzling displays of the stone both on-screen and on the red carpet. & Diamonds

STYLE GUIDE
This season’s trends strike a balance between whimsy and sophistication, where beads, western inspiration, and dainty timepieces take center stage.
Beaded bold &
Nostalgia reigns supreme this season, and the jewelry world is embracing it through the return of beads. Once a symbol of carefree creativity, today’s iterations mix artistry with polish. Styled with intention, they transform from playful to poised in an instant.
Above (left to right): The EF Collection rainbow jumbo rondelle beaded necklace is hand-strung with multi-colored beads and finished with a 14K gold and diamond rondelle, bringing a playful pop of color and joy to your everyday stack. Sorellina joins the trend with a strand of muted blue and purple opal beads—a more subtle, wearable option if you’re looking to dip your toes into the beaded jewelry movement.

Cowboy-core or rodeo style's resurgence started back in 2024, but has continued to gain traction even on the Spring/Summer 2026 runways. Think bolo silhouettes reimagined in gold, lasso-like chains, turquoise, and pieces that hint at Western grit with a refined edge. It’s a trend rooted in nostalgia but styled for today—effortlessly blending frontier attitude with modern sophistication. Nouvel Heritage's Latch collection reimagines the everyday with familiar details, such as a bolo tie, into refined jewelry through craftsmanship and design. Through this collection, and the necklace on the left, cowboy coded aesthetic is elevated while still maintaining a familiar look and feel. Marco Bicego embraces the trend with a lineup of turquoise pieces from the brand’s Lunaria collection. Turquoise—long rooted in Native American jewelry traditions—rose to prominence in Western culture in the early 20th century. Today, it continues to celebrate the artistry and symbolism of Indigenous craftsmanship while remaining a timeless style staple.
timepieces T eeny tiny
The small watch is having a big moment—for women and men alike. Nostalgia also shapes this trend, with women wearing cocktail-style jewelry watches with other pieces that can be stacked and styled. Petite dials and refined proportions are also appearing on the wrists of style-conscious men, including celebrity collectors who understand that subtlety speaks volumes. Vintage-inspired yet timeless, this trend proves that less can make a big statement. Cartier has been leading the way: at left, the iconic Panthère de Cartier, with its ultra-flexible bracelet echoing the Maison’s emblematic panther; above, the delicate Baignoire Mini (24.6 x 18.7 mm) both exemplify elegance in miniature.

FlexiBle
STRETCH BRACELETS ARE HAVING THEIR MOMENT IN THE SPOTLIGHT.
Flexible bracelets are quietly reshaping the landscape of fine jewelry, bringing together the ease of modern living with the refinement of timeless design. Once reserved for statement bangles or structured cuffs, the category has evolved into something far more fluid—literally. Across the industry, designers are leaning into movement and versatility, crafting bracelets that slip on effortlessly, stretch with precision, and drape naturally across the wrist. Cartier’s newly released LOVE Unlimited, the first update
to its iconic LOVE bracelet since 1969, exemplifies this shift toward flexibility without compromise. But the movement extends far beyond a single house. From contemporary gold beaded bracelets and coiled slinky bangles to innovative stretch designs that contour to the wearer, the new generation of flexible bracelets embraces accessibility and individuality in equal measure. Worn solo or stacked in endless combinations, they’re redefining what luxury feels like: personal, adaptable, and effortlessly chic.

MILESTONES IN STYLE: Celebrating Iconic Jewelry Designers
50
This year, three of the world’s most notable designer brands cele- brate milestone anniversaries—each honoring the past while look- ing boldly ahead to the future. From Bali to Vicenza to Paris, these houses have shaped the jewelry industry through artistry, innovation, and iconic style. Their anniversary collections and newest releases are now at Reis-Nichols, ready to be discovered. JOHN HARDY
2025 marks half a century of John Hardy—the Bali-based artisan workshop celebrated for handwoven craftsmanship, cultural symbolism, and sustain- ability. Founded in 1975 by Canadian artist John Hardy, the brand quickly be- came known for its intricate chains, mythological motifs, and deep commit- ment to community and the environment. Now, under the creative direction of Reed Krakoff, John Hardy is guided by a new vision for the future. To honor its five-decade legacy, the brand introduces two special collec- tions: Icon 50 and Spear 50. Icon 50 reimagines John Hardy’s heritage chain as a bold modern statement in sterling silver, gold, and pavé diamonds. Spear 50 revisits one of Krakoff’s early designs, infused with Balinese symbolism and sculptural form. This season also debuts Spear Slim, a contemporary 4mm cuff designed for stacking—a reflection of the brand’s evolution and its ability to honor ar- tisanal integrity while embracing modern style. As John Hardy celebrates 50 years, it continues to champion community, craftsmanship, and sustainability while looking ahead with visionary leadership.
ICON 50 Reinterprets the signature Icon chain motif using a proprietary cutwork technique, with elements fitting together like a puzzle.
SPEAR 50 › A vintage-inspired edition of John Hardy's iconic flex cuff. The brand's chain motif has evolved over the decades into endless iterations and incarnations, while still being unmistakably John Hardy.

BICEGO
This year, Marco Bicego marks 25 years of exceptional Italian craftsmanship and dis- tinctive design. Since its founding in Vicenza in 2000, the brand has become synonymous with hand-engraved 18-karat gold — a hall- mark of elegance and artisanal tradition. Mar- co’s signature lies in transforming gold into organic, sculptural forms that balance time-
less beauty with modern style. To celebrate this milestone, Marco Bicego introduces Lunaria Twist, a luminous evolu- tion of one of its most beloved collections. Each curved leaf of hand-engraved gold is gently twisted, a subtle detail that captures light in new ways while honoring 25 years of mastery.
Equally notable is the debut of 25 Best, a curated selection of Marco’s most iconic cre- ations. Each piece is handcrafted by Italian artisans, a testament to the brand’s enduring commitment to artistry, heritage, and innova- tion. Infused with elegance and refined finish- ing, this collection perfectly embodies Marco Bicego’s dedication to the art of fine jewelry.

MESSIKA Messika celebrates its 20th anniversary with Move Ciselé, a collection that re- invents the house’s signature Move Noa and Move Classique designs with strik- ing new dimension. Under the vision of Founder and Artistic Director Valérie Messika, the chiseled-gold technique adds depth and brilliance, giving each piece a tactile, radiant quality.

LOVE STORIES
By Jennifer Brugh
FROM TO Love story
It was the engagement heard around the world, breaking the internet on a random Tuesday. But while everyone else was focused on how Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce broke the news, we couldn’t help but notice the what—a stunning custom-made engagement ring sporting an old mine cut cushion diamond in an 18K gold setting.
A NEW ERA IN BRIDAL BEGINS LegenDary
Yellow gold
Yellow gold is reclaiming center stage, and for good reason. Its buttery warmth flatters every skin tone and instantly lends modern rings a sense of history. Its soft hue reads luxe yet lived-in, dressing up a sleek, round brilliant or framing an antique- leaning cut with ease. Whether you love a tapered shank, a bezel-kissed profile, or delicate engraving, yellow gold sets the mood for such a romantic occasion.
Big solitaires
The solitaire is stepping into the spotlight again— bolder, lower, and more considered. Today’s solitaire silhouettes highlight presence without the pretense. Think a low and effortless setting, a pared band that lets the diamond sing, with side notes that complement the center stone, rather than compete with it. Solitaires are making a comeback in a big way and can take your love story from classic romance to living legend.
Fancy cuts
The season belongs to soft corners and old-world charm. Elongated cushions and old mine cuts exude unabashed romance, with larger, antique-style facets that shimmer in any light. If the popstar’s new bling caught your eye, then you’ll love a center stone that favors character over conformity. And if you’re into numerology, an old mine cut cushion has 58 facets: 5+8=13!

From contemporary takes on classic bridal styles to innovative avant-garde looks, there’s always wedding dress inspiration for your big day on display during New York Bridal Fashion Week, and this year was no exception. Here are some noteworthy trends that caught our eye during this year’s biannual events. J MODES Modern
BASQUE WAISTS
The Victorian era of the 1800s has always influenced today’s designers, and the basque waist is no different. A spin-off on the popular drop waist trend, the basque waist offers an even more flattering silhouette. Defined with either a U- or V-shaped dip at the waistline, this style helps create a sculpted look thanks to the curve of the fabric.

CAT-EYE NECKLINES
The cat-eye neckline is defined by the sharp and angular edges pointing up towards the shoulders. Haute couture dresses for formal- wear and now bridal-wear are dominating the modern bride scene. Paired with the basque waist, it offers additional drama and allure. The cat-eye neckline works wonderfully with a statement necklace as the main attraction.

HALTERS & HIGH NECKS
For the brides with an artistic eye, sculptural gowns with unique angles or structure will leave your guests speechless. These avant-garde and museum-worthy designs combine the abstract with creativity and push the limits by bending fabric into a modern work of art.
Vogue predicted earlier this year that higher necklines will hit their stride in 2026. In October 2025, Selena Gomez wore two iterations of a high neck dress in her wedding to Benny Blanco, and we’re thinking this is where the trend will take off. Pair a halter neck with statement earrings and a swept-back hairstyle. The halter look is perfect for the bride who is looking to move and mingle all day and night with her guests!

TUDOR introduces new Black Bay
models
The Black Bay line has become one of Tudor’s most recognizable pillars, known for pairing tool-watch durability with vintage design cues. This year, Tudor expands the collection with new models that build on the Black Bay’s signature aesthetic while pushing it in new directions—some subtle, others more daring. Rooted in Tudor’s dive watch history from the 1950s and the “Snowflake” hands of 1969, the Black Bay line draws from history while embracing modern materials and manufacturing. Whether you prefer compact cases or bolder builds, GMT functionality or clean time- only layouts, the new Black Bays prove there’s no single formula for a modern classic. The Black Bay 68 is the largest model yet, boasting a 43 mm case and METAS certification. The Black Bay 58 returns in all-burgundy with a Master Chronometer movement. The Black Bay Pro gets a crisp opaline dial for improved contrast. The Black Bay Chrono “Carbon 25” highlights motorsport heritage with a carbon fiber case. And the Black Bay 54 “Lagoon Blue” offers a fresh water-inspired dial in a compact 37 mm case. Returns to the Fast Lane TAG Heuer
TAG Heuer is back in pole position, reclaiming its role as the Official Timekeeper of Formula 1 ® . To mark the occasion, the brand has unleashed a high- specd limited edition: the TAG Heuer Monaco Split-Seconds Chronograph | F1 ® . Limited to just 10 pieces, this high-octane watch features a 41 mm white ceramic case, a vibrant, red-tinted translucent dial, and racetrack-inspired counters finished to resemble asphalt. It’s paired with a white calfskin strap with red stitching. More motorsport details abound on the dial, from a miniature F1 ® logo to the now-iconic phrase “LIGHTS OUT & AWAY WE GO.” Inside is the state-of-the-art 5-hertz TH81-00 automatic split-seconds ( rattrapante ) movement, specially engineered for measuring two intervals simultaneously down to 1/100th of a second. The movement’s intricacies are visible through a sapphire crystal caseback, including the shield- shaped rotor, checkered-flag pattern bridges, and red and white accents inspired by painted racetrack curbs. TAG Heuer’s history with Formula 1 ® runs deep, stretching back to the 1960s, including partnerships with legendary teams and drivers. Now, with its name once again embedded in the sport (including as title partner of the Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco), TAG Heuer brings its signature timing precision and rebellious spirit to the starting grid.

PATENTED GRANDE DATE For the Grande Date display, JLC’s engineers patented a unique side-by-side disc system—rather than the traditional stacked design—allowing the date to change seamlessly within the Reverso’s rectangular case. This ingenious mechanism reflects the brand’s dedication to precision and aesthetic harmony.
DOUBLE TAKE This year, Reis-Nichols Watch Director Cole Hale chose one very intricate watch—with two completely unique faces.
WORLD TIME COMPLICATION The miniature world map is crafted
through laser engraving and hand-applied lacquer. The oceans are laser-hollowed and filled by hand, then polished in multiple stages to create a subtle 3D effect that highlights the piece’s depth and artistry. The city names are then precisely engraved onto the case back, completing this visually striking and technically refined complication.
Inspired by the original 1931 models, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Geographic embodies true watchmaking mastery, featuring a lacquered blue Art Deco dial with a patented Grande Date on the front and an intuitive world-time display on the reverse.

FAMOUS FACES It’s no secret that celebrity partnerships have long played a role in shaping watch culture. On red carpets, courts, concert stages, runways, and racetracks, the right timepiece can signal not just style, but identity, taste, and sometimes, even values. That’s why today’s top watch brands turn to actors, athletes, musicians, and other cultural influencers to represent their collections.

Whether it’s a movie star known for their signature cool, a chart- topping artist, or a sports figure at the top of their game, each ambassador brings a unique kind of credibility. Some relationships stretch over decades, forging a strong connection between celebrity and brand. Others signal a new direction, introducing a familiar brand to a new audience. Sometimes, brands design specific models for their roster of personalities, and when the celebrity gets involved in the creative process, the partnership becomes a true collaboration.

What excited you most about this new chapter at Reis-Nichols? KG: I’ve always been fascinated by watches. Meeting customers with the same passion is energizing and starting a new career is exciting. I love the role of being a 60-year-old rookie at Reis- Nichols! Your dad was also a longtime meteorologist at another Indianapolis news station, WTHR. Do you see any similarities now working at a family- owned company such as Reis-Nichols? KG: The pride of continuing a family legacy. BJ Nichols is building on his father’s vision. Like BJ, I also had a great mentor. The foundation of my career started in elementary school. I would tag along with my dad to work on Friday nights starting in second grade. I was hooked on broadcasting! When my father was a youngster, he would spend time with his dad at work. His father owned a Ben Franklin store in Beloit, Wisconsin. Have you found any surprising overlap between your years as a meteorologist and your new role here? KG: I’m still in the business of helping people. That’s a satisfying role to play. A customer, pointing to a watch, jokingly told me, “This is way more accurate than your forecasts were.” Here’s the good news—a waterproof watch can handle an unpredicted downpour! How has it felt to reconnect with the community in this new way? KG: During my forecasts at WRTV, I talked to a robotic camera and carried on a conversation with people watching who I couldn’t see. Now at Reis-Nichols, I’m face to face with clients. I love it! The energy of the store is powerful.

pickleball into the mix! What do you enjoy most about it, and what advice would you share with people just getting started? KG: Since the pick- leball court is much smaller, it brings players closer to-

Kevin Gregory: From Forecasts to Fine Timepieces After more than three and a half decades as a trusted face in Indiana weather reporting, longtime WRTV meteorologist Kevin Gregory is embarking on a new chapter, far from storm tracking and closer to the precision of luxury timekeeping. Earlier this year, Gregory joined Reis-Nichols Jewelers as our Rolex Experience Liaison, blending his deep roots in the community with one of the world’s most iconic watch brands. Known for his warm presence and reliable reporting, Gregory takes those same talents to the world of fine jewelry and watches. J
gether. I think that adds to the excite- ment. Quick points, less running and more laughing make for a good time on the court. My advice: keep your paddle in front of you, move your feet, have fun and learn to say good shot! The ball flies by me often! What are you most looking forward to in this next season of life—both in and out of the Reis-Nichols’ showroom? KG: My wife and I are enjoying our new routine. I’m home for dinner now instead of arriving home after the 11pm news. We enjoy our evenings together and look forward to traveling. By the way, I bought her engagement ring at Reis-Nichols back in 1987! Left: Kevin putting on a “performance” for his father, Bob Gregory. The father-son meteorologist duo kept India- napolis up-to-date on the weather scene from Bob’s start at WTHR in 1972 until Kevin’s retirement from WRTV in February 2025. That’s over 50 years of Gregories!
