Reis-Nichols Jewelers Magazine Fall/Winter 2021

As Reis-Nichols celebrates 20 years in Greenwood, the goal of the renovation was to create an exceptional customer experience for those clients. “We have given special consideration to making sure everyone feels like their experience here is a luxurious one,” says Reis-Nichols merchandising director and renovation project manager Jennifer Demmary. “Before the renovation, our Greenwood location was a typical high-end jewelry store. Now, it’s next-level. We want the experience in our Greenwood store to match that of our flagship location at Keystone at the Crossing, which was renovated in 2017.” Reis-Nichols jewelry consultant Brent Maple says the remodel will create an easy flow through the showroom and the result will feel luxury, comfortable, and unintimidating. “It will be impossible to not be drawn to the façade when driving on US 31,” says Maple. “There really is nothing else like it in Greenwood! As a jewelry consultant, it will improve my ability to provide generations of clients with a comfortable luxury shopping experience and allow us to provide that same experience to jewelry buyers who may have never been in our showroom previously.” The pictures don’t do it justice! Come and see the new space for yourself at the Grand Opening celebrations in early December— just in time for the holiday shopping season. The annual spectacular holiday party, with catered food and drinks, will be extra-special this year.“We will be rolling out the red carpet for this Hollywood-themed event, with a few special treasures on hand to view exclusively at the party,” says marketing director Teresa Shaffer. “And some of our designers will join us with special pieces curated for the event.”
